“After the government failed to file a response in Obama stolen SSN case, the government is asking the judge to allow them to file a late response!”

For the judge to do that would be like a base-ball umpire saying that a batter was not out after three strikes!

With Holder’s army of high-priced lawyers available, this smacks of trickery and/or gross incompetence!
