Note: Henry Kissinger recently said in a video on Hillary Clinton possibility of 2016 run for president, that four Secretary of States went on the become Presidents, but he could not because of a constitutional provision. He said he tried all ways to get around it, but couldn’t. He was born in Germany, family moved to us, he became a naturalized citizen in June 1943 after being drafted early in 1943.
He is just another witness that naturalized citizen is not allowed to be president.
