   I am a seeker of TRUTH sharing it with others. Sometimes truth frightens people which is not my intent. My intent is for everyone to claim their own power through knowledge! Everyone has untapped Energy within themselves and truth channeled into LOVE for each other and all things can change our world, we do have the Power on our side! We ARE the Power together and able to change it all through LOVE and LIGHT!

   I got an email from someone who I know and is part of the Tennessee State Militia/Guard.
   The various units of the Tn. State Guard are listed here.

   Let me explain the Tennessee State Guard first. 22 Governors got together last year and created State Militia/Guards that can not be federalized as the National Guards can be. They also did this due to the Federal government taking the equipment from the National Guards and sending it over to Iraq and Afghanistan. When the Governors have requested the equipment back for the state the Federal government has said “It is too expensive to bring back.” The states have had to do without equipment for any emergencies of the individual states.

   The governors decided they would form their own State Militias/Guards that can not be controlled by the federal government at any time and they are strictly under the State control along with all the equipment purchased.

   The person who contacted me, did so due to my article about the DHS armored vehicles and the picture I took of one when I was in Kentucky.

   The email with this information is from someone I have the utmost respect for.

   Here is the contents of the email from the person who is part of the Tennessee State Militia and was at a meeting a couple of weeks ago after getting the following email from them today 3/4/13 regarding the above Armored DHS vehicles.

   At our last “meeting” several weeks ago, we were advised by a High Ranking Official of the State Guard that they stopped vehicles of this type coming from KY into TN. The troops were wearing very distinct uniforms for the Dept. of Homeland Security that were not recognized and the men they stopped were Eastern European, probably Russian. Apparently, there is some type of FEMA/DHS camp somewhere in Kentucky?

   After receiving the above email, we spoke on the phone, I wanted to find out more information about the Russian/Eastern European DHS troops that were handling the armored vehicles.

   During our phone conversation. They told me that the uniforms were not typical DHS uniforms but they had Eagles on their sleeves and it was stressed these were different DHS uniforms than regular ones. The Russian/Eastern troops were not armed that were in the DHS uniforms and they were very polite to the State Militia. They were stopped from coming into Tennessee. This person told me that in Gatlinburg, Tennessee people are reporting being questioned and stopped by DHS that are Russian. I was also told that the high ranking official mentioned Kentucky FEMA camps.

   I wrote about how I found out the Smoky Mountains are part of the UN last year, as most of our National Parks, including the Grand Canyon after I saw a plaque (took pictures of it) at Newfoundland Gap last year.

   After speaking with this person, I have to wonder if Russian UN troops are now being placed around the Smoky Mountains.

   I have researched and found what could be the Military installation that the armored vehicle came from pictured in the area of Kentucky, I saw them. It is The Bluegrass Army Chemicals installation of 14600 acres. That installation has 523 tons of Nerve Chemical weapons. It is also a possible FEMA camp. It has a very strange layout. All of that information is in the video.

    $1.2 Billion in Loan Guarantees to SunPower from Department of Energy Followed Successful Lobbying Campaign by Firm Connected to California Congressman’s Son

    (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch, the organization that investigates and fights government corruption, announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit on February 1, 2012, against the U.S. Department of the Interior and the U.S. Department of the Treasury for records regarding a controversial $1.2 billion government loan guarantee from the Obama Department of Energy to SunPower, a California solar company reportedly $820 million in debt (Judicial Watch v. Department of the Interior and Department of the Treasury (No. 12-170). A similar lawsuit was filed on the same date by Judicial Watch against the U.S. Department of Navy for related documents.

    Pursuant to Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests filed with the Departments of Interior and Treasury on October 21, 2011, Judicial Watch seeks the following:

    Any and all records regarding, concerning or related to the issuance of a Department of Energy loan guarantee to SunPower, Inc. and/or NRG Energy, Inc. on or about September 30, 2011.

    Any and all records of communication between any official, officer, or employee of the Departments of the Interior and/or Treasury and any official, officer or employee of any other government agency, department of office regarding, concerning or related to any loan guarantees applied for, by, and/or awarded to SunPower, Inc. and/or NRG Energy.

    Any and all records of communication between any official, officer, or employee of the Department of the Interior and/or Treasury and any officer, employee or representative of Lang, Hansen, O’Malley and Miller, a government relations firm headquartered in Sacramento, California.

    The FOIA request also asked for records regarding a visit to SunPower’s Richmond, California production facility on October 14, 2010, by Interior Secretary Kenneth L. Salazar, U.S. Congressman George Miller III (D-CA), and others. The FOIA request submitted to the Department of the Navy sought access as well to “any and all records regarding, concerning or related to the $100,268,000 firm-fixed-price task order awarded to SunPower, Inc. on September 30, 2011.” Miller’s involvement in the SunPower has been the subject of several investigative pieces in Human Events magazine.

    All three agencies have acknowledged receipt of Judicial Watch’s FOIA requests but have failed to respond within the statutory allotted time frame. As of February 1, 2012, the date of the filing of the lawsuits, the Departments of the Interior, Treasury, and Navy have neither provided the documents nor demonstrated that the documents are exempt from the FOIA request. Nor has there been any indication of when the documents would be produced.

    In light of the controversial Obama administration loan to the now bankrupt energy company Solyndra, the SunPower loan, which amounts to more than double the amount of funds dedicated to Solyndra, has come under intense scrutiny. SunPower, which is reportedly $820 million in debt and besieged by shareholder lawsuits, plans to manufacture its solar panels at a new facility of some 320,000 square feet located in Mexicali, Mexico.

    Moreover, George Miller IV, a “founding partner and principal” of the lobbying firm that helped secure the loan (Lang, Hansen, O’Malley and Miller), is the son of California Democratic Congressman George Miller III. The lobbying firm reportedly charged SunPower $176,000 in fees since 2009.

    As reported by Human Events, Congressman Miller has been a champion for SunPower, which has operated a solar panel manufacturing facility in his district, and pushed for the loan guarantees: “In support of the loan request, Rep. George Miller III, the co-chairman of the policy and steering committee for House Democrats, wrote a letter to the Department of Energy and led Secretary of the Interior Kenneth L. Salazar on an Oct. 14, 2010, tour of the company’s facility in Richmond, Calif.”

    “SunPower may make the Solyndra scandal seem like small potatoes,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch. “And just like Solyndra, the SunPower loan is tainted by corruption, influence peddling and terrible judgment. In the wake of the public outrage over Solyndra, the Obama administration clearly intends to cover up the details of yet another risky and corrupt government bailout. We expect our lawsuits will break through the Obama administration stone wall.”

    I sent this letter to my representatives two weeks ago, if anyone wants to use it for information feel free to do so, but please make it known to your representatives and demand they give you a response.

    When DHS purchased 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition to be used domestically, inside the USA, and I said this looks like a government agency preparing for war with the American people, I was told, “That’s crazy. The government would never do that.”

    When DHS purchased 7,000 full-auto assault rifles to be used inside the United States, calling them “personal defense weapons” that could be used in urban warfare, I was once again told I was crazy for suggesting the government was arming up for war with the American people.

    Now DHS has retrofitted 2,717 “Navistar Defense” armored vehicles for service on the streets of America.

    These vehicles, which people who don’t know any better might call “light tanks,” are specifically designed to resist mines and ambush attacks. They use bulletproof windows and are designed to withstand small arms fire, including smaller-caliber rifles such as .223 Remington.

    The retrofit was completed in May, 2012, and these 2,700+ armored vehicles are now ready to deploy across the streets of America.

    Importantly, none of these armaments — billions of bullets, thousands of full-auto assault rifles and thousands of armored assault vehicles — are being purchased by the Pentagon for use in wars overseas. Instead, these are being purchased by DHS for use inside the United States… on the streets of America.

    This is a domestic department of the federal government that is clearly and unambiguously arming for war against the American people.

    This war will also involve the use of armed military drones attacking American citizens, which is exactly why the Obama administration now claims the legal authority to assassinate Americans on U.S. soil using militarized drones.

    Of course, there are people who deny DHS is engaged in an arms race, just as there are Holocaust deniers who deny Hitler ever took guns away from the Jews (before committing mass murder). Those deniers either claim that these purchases are not happening (but they are), or that the government is only buying such large quantities “to save money.”

    This is a distraction, of course. You don’t “save money” buying things you don’t need. Clearly, someone at the top of DHS believes the government needs these armored vehicles and full-auto assault rifles deployed on the streets of America.

    But the bigger question — and this is the question the mainstream media refuses to even ask — is WHY does DHS need:

    • 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition
    • 7,000+ assault rifles
    • 2,700+ armored assault vehicles

    Unless you’re insane or a denier, the answer is clear: DHS is expecting a large-scale domestic conflict.

    I ask that you stand with Senator Rand Paul, and Senator Cruz in defense of the constitution and the sacred Bill of Rights, and demand a congressional investigation into the intent of the Department of Homeland Security in the purchase of the affore mentioned weapons of mass destruction and justification under the constitution to use said weapons against American citizens.

    So far Senator Burr is the only representative that has even had the common decency to respond to my many concerns.

    Senator Hagan responds with worthless robot emails, and congressman McHenry has never responded, which is a big disappointment.
