Military Officers Sign on to Treason Complaint; More Citizen Grand Jury Action As I had reported on May 5, retired Navy Officer Walter Fitzpatrick had officially submitted paperwork to US Attorney Russell Dedrick concerning allegations of treason on the part of President Barack Hussein Obama.

I have since been in communication with Georgia citizen grand jury foreman Carl Swensson and can confirm that two military Officers have agreed to sign on to Mr. Fitzpatrick’s complaint. One of those Officers had the following commentary regarding his sentiments:

I will gladly co-sign a letter with you calling on the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs to initiate the immediate arrest and detainment of the usurper president,  Barack Obama, (AKA, Barry Sotoro), Rahm Emanuel, Eric H. Holder Jr., et al;  and the immediate removal of all other federal employees who were appointed by the unlawful administration of Barack Obama, alias Barry Sotoro . This action is essential in the immediate interest of US national security. Detainees will be arrested and held on the charge of treason in the time of war.

Regarding the People’s power to gather together to aggregate evidence in the form of a presentment to the authorities to continually demand further action, Bob Campbell of AmericanGrandJury.org posted the following update:

There was never a hint of indecision when this group of concerned citizens got together in Texas and decided to go to work. In their minds “the man who hates America” needed to be indicted and the sooner the better. The jury spent a week reviewing and contemplating the evidence but the vote was swift and decisive. All 35 members raised their hands and said, “we want this man tried in court and we are now looking to the Great State of Texas to bring that justice to our citizens.”

Barack Obama, aka: Barry Soetoro and Barack Hussein Obama was indicted by the Lone Star Jury of Texas on two counts: Fraud and Treason. It is now up to court system in the State Texas to formally prosecute our “presumed” President. Will Texas take the lead and do exactly what their citizens want? Only time will tell but you can believe this, time is not on the side of Obama. People are mad and they want action now.

Many of you might stare in awe that those charges, FRAUD and TREASON. How can that be you will say? It is simple. Obama, after months of running from lawsuits, telling people he is above the law, and shoving arrogance down our throats has hit a brick wall when it comes to refuting these charges. In fact, the “presumed” President has done nothing and said nothing. He acts like the people don’t care or the Constitution doesn’t matter. That is a very precarious position to take when you are the Commander-in-Chief and you expect men and women to follow your orders when in fact many in our military are silently questioning just who this guy really is. Is he in fact a “natural born” citizen who pledges his allegiance totally to this Country or is he really a foreign National who would circumvent our security in order to help our enemies and countries that want to bury us?

Do you think I am just one person letting off steam about Obama? Folks, you need to think again. There are hundreds of thousands of people in this country crying foul right now. Today I got a message from Gerry Donaldson who is part of Resistnet, one of largest patriotic organizations in America.Gerry told me point blank, that the State of Texas is ready to stand up and get the job done. He says their organization is going to drill down to every town and county in Texas within the next few months and move heaven and earth to go after corrupt government. I believe him. He also told me that the Grand Jury is the tool they plan to use in a big way!

Yesterday a group of 300 people met in Rhode Island to get a first hand look at the American Grand Jury presentments handed down on April 29th against Obama. The people were excited and giving praise to the wisdom of our Founding Fathers. This group has some pretty strong ties to the powers that be in Rhode Island. We will know in a few days, but we are hoping the leadership in Rhode Island gets onboard with what is soon to be the greatest Constitutional movement to hit this country since the American Revolution.

Today, we give praise to the State of Texas for taking the lead in this historic indictment. Tomorrow we will look to each and every State in this Nation to stand up and say once and for all, “we the people own this Country, not the corrupt politicians who reside in Washington.”

Sounds kind of patriotic and corny doesn’t it? I love it folks. There is nothing wrong with being patriotic and loving your Country. That kind of thinking founded the Greatest Nation on Earth. The same kind of thinking will save it!

    The only effective means is to give an arrest warrant to an armed militia from the citizens grand jury.

    Otherwise Adolph Obama and his SS and the unlimited Arab funds behind him will squash this. The net result of this patriot groundswell is a new Nationalist party that will–with nthe right person–unlike Perot- succeed to the presidency.

    There is a subtle shift n Orly’s tack, and yes, Savage for some reason will not as of now, have her on. The rumblings of righteouness and law are pelting the Obama administrations with marshmellow–a policeman without a side arm is useless.

    The state will NOT join this, Only a huge armed militia with internal military sympathizers will pull this off and once started there is no stopping it

    why do you need to fight people, who are simply asking for his eligibility papers?
    do you fight a coach, who asks for your son’s birth certificate to play little league?
    do you call this coach a birther, a tin foil, any other name?

    Mary Brown, will you still defend him when he is ultimately tried for Treason and convicted?? If you are so sure you like a communist way of life, gather up your kind and go to a communist Country. We have been a free Country since the beginning and many people have risk their lives to come to America and live free, others like obama, you and your ilk have done every thing to take that freedom away, find your inhabited island and live under ruler obama, WE THE PEOPLE are taking our COUNTRY and Freedoms back.     This is good news!! 🙂 I’m curious….I know about Georgia, Illinois, and Texas……which other states have indicted Obama through their Grand Juries?

    To Mary Brown: I would suggest to you that you broaden your knowledge. If you come to this blog to just make erroneous comments, then you deserve what you get. If you came here and actually read all the information against Obama and still stand with Obama, you seriously need your head examined as there is no hope for you. And placing your hopes with Obama and his “change” will only leave you wanting. Our only hope in this world is through Jesus Christ, the TRUE Messiah.

    To Martin: I understand what you are saying. Obama is backed by a large number of power people and millions of dollars….but I have to believe that truth will prevail. He will fall…maybe not today…but he will fall. There already is a movement among the military to honor their oath to protect the people of this country from enemies, foreign & domestic, and to not dis-arm law-abiding citizens through Martial Law. This whole movement is gaining momentum and we’re not going to be silenced and we’re not going away.

    Perhaps we should remember that the local Sheriff is the highest law enforcement official within a county and has law enforcement powers exceeding that of any other state or federal official (see this article: https://earthhopenetwork.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=527 )

    Maybe these newly forming Grand Juries should contact the county Sheriff’s for assistance with enforcement – we may have some really good friends in these Sheriff’s!

    I’m glad its now hundreds of thousands questioning about Obama’s eligibility. I remember when I was one of the hundreds that originally petitioned the Supreme Court as well as the electors through WND. I thought I was one of the few in the US who cared at that time, but I’m pleased to see that people are now standing up and making their voice heard! The more the merrier that’s what I say! Oh, I’ve been called all sorts of names on the US political forum on myspace since starting the thread question, “Why isn’t Obama providing his birth certificate? Where was he born?” The thread keeps getting locked down now and again for some major clean up! Oh, by the way it’s well over 7,000 replies (largest on-line debate about Obama’s eligibility) and that’s not including over 3000 (approx) deletions.

    This person that’s posing as our president is an enemy of the state. We have to join forces to remove him from the powers that have been given to him. I have yet to figure out who is behind his power. he’s not that smart to this all this alone. He’s been promised a lot of power. I want to make sure that I am not misunderstood, but I sure hope something happens soon to remove him. I wish him no harm nor his family, but the further he goes away from our land, the better off we’ll all be!!! Then we have to contend with Biden, the joker/puppet. Let’s see, what’s the order of rank if the prez can’t fulfill his duty? Well, the VP, then Speaker of the House, then Senate Minority Leader. Boy are we in trouble!!!!

    You sure are and judging by the effectiveness of all the lawsuits, tea parties, petitions, blogs, phone calls and a supposed “armed militia”, you’ll remain in trouble for about 8 years.

    All I can say to folks that truly think they have any power to unseat a president is- look forward 8 years and than back over those 8 years.
    Think of all you can do that’s positive during that time.
    Because in 8 years.. if you stick to these approaches.. you’ll only have failure to look back upon.
    8 years of it.
    So instead do something positive for yourself, your family and your planet.
    It would be a real drag to become 8 years older in order to find out delusions take a lot of time from life.

    Enjoy the show: I suggest you read the Constitution. Start
    with Article II then proceed to amendment 5 of the bill of rights.
    If you get that far, try reading it again because I’m sure you missed
    something. Grand jury’s of the people are very Constitutional and
    the question is simple “where’s the birth certificate?” Heck, you have to show your birth certificate to do anything, what makes Obama any different? McCain had to show his because he was born in Panama, why shouldn’t Obama have to show his? Oh, and a photocopy via the web to the news media doesn’t count. If he has no secrets then he won’t mind proving that he’s eligible to hold the highest office in America. You better start reading now before it’s too late and he and ALL of his minions are thrown out on their backsides.

    And to Maria – “Boy we’re in trouble” No, we’re not. They all go out the door with him. If he’s not eligible to be president, then he’s not eligible to appoint anyone, make any changes, announce any closures, write any directives, sign any laws, take over any banks, car companies, insurance companies —none of it. so take heed, there is hope.
