Dear Orly, In Dean Haskin’s 2/21/2012 announcement that the BIRTHER SUMMIT has been postponed indefinitely he blames and vilifies you et al who support you. Dispicable and pathetic, to put it nicely. Addionally, since the “BIRTHER SUMMIT” is now legally in “Breach Of Contract” vis-a-vis having demanded and collected a registration fee for a specific event on a specific date which is now postponed indefinitely, I wonder what unemployed musician Dean Haskin’s will do if/when someone requests a refund of their registration fee? |

RacerJim,
Contact me, and I’ll let you know. Additionally, make sure you can provide me with the date and amount of any money you spent toward The Birther Summit–otherwise, you have no standing in the issue.

@Dean Haskins
Why don’t you simply publically say whether you will or will not refund the Registration Fee to registrants who request same? Reminds me of Obama’s “The only people who don’t want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide.”
Whether I did/did not spend any money towards the “BIRTHER SUMMIT” has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on my standing via the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to make the comments I did, just as you have had the exact same standing/right to make all the comments you have about Orly Taitz and/or her supporters — unless of course you are so egotistical/narcissistic as to believe that the 1st Amendment applies only to you.
However, so as to not appear similar to yourself and/or Obama, I do not mind disclosing that I did not spend any money towards the “BIRTHER SUMMIT”. Why not? Simply because life has taught me to never give any of my hard-earned money to anyone, any organization, or any event without first assuring myself of the legitimacy of same.
That is not to say I ever believed the “BIRTHER SUMMIT” to be illegitimate but, rather, just to say that the National Park Service, the United States Park Police and the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia never gave me any reason to believe the “BIRTHER SUMMIT” to be legitimate.
