Dear Lady Liberty,
Winston Churchill said “never surrender”,the other is just a wish.
Maybe the witnesses were “not credible” because he had no understanding of what they said. He really understood about 20% of what was said.
Perhaps the verdict would be different if presented in his native tongue, or not!
Can’t they find any real Americans, born, raised and educated in the USA?
