this is from FOX Atlanta. Where you see me talking, it is during the interview after the hearing. They made a number of errors, of course. there will not be another hearing. we are simply submitting our post trial summaries of law and facts. Also, the first 2 cases revolved around one issue: his father’s citizenship. My case involved, also, Social Security fraud and forged birth certificate. In the clip I was responding to one reporter, who after 2 hours of trial and 40 minutes press conference told me “Well, it was already settled that he is eligible, why bring it now?”. The same reporter said “Isn’t it a waste to bring this case and waste taxpayer money”. I responded to him “What is a real waste, is placing a person with a forged birth certificate and a stolen Social security number in the White House and let him destroy the US economy, incur 1.6 trillion debt every year, over 6 trillion in 4 years, that’s a real waste”.

    Dr. Orly,

    Make sure you explain how the SSN fraud with Obama in an important and relevant factor in determining Obama’s placement on the Georgia Ballot. Do this in your post legal briefs. We’re counting on you!

    Dear Orly,
    I’m am not data/print expert, but why can’t anyone/everyone see at a glance Obama’s long form birth certificate that he put on the internet, April 27, 2011 is a very poor, cheap forgery. After I spotted letters that were kerned, that was enough for me. I knew immediately that, that birth certificate was a phony. The kerning of letters wasn’t even possible on typewriter or word processor until the early 1980’s, not the 1960’s. People please wake up to what’s happening to America before it’s too late.

    Are you concerned that Irion and Hatfield put into evidence Obama’s birth certificate and stipulated it was authentic?

    thyey never said it was authentic. Their case was separate from mine. I cannot object in someone else’s case. They simply did not discuss BC. They concentrated on 1 issue. They had a right to do so. I do not believe there was any damage in them concentrating on one issue. The judge clearly understood it.

    it is time to make a Federal Law that whoever applies for a job as a reporter has passed and scored a triple digit iq on the test before they are qualified to report facts placed on the record.

    Newt Gingrich would endorse that, for sure!
