    Orly, what scared the Hell out of me is that South Dakotas 3 Represenatives ( 2 Republican-1 Democrat) voted IN FAVOR of this garbage!
    What ever happened to Posse Commitaatis?
    The Military is NOT allowed to bare arms AGAINST any AMERICAN, ON AMERICAN SOIL!

    I may be wrong, but, from my understanding, this thing was signed on December 15th. If so, what a kick in Crotch for the American people on Bill Of Rights Day! The F**king monsters are just plain EVIL!

    Poor dumb bastards have no idea what they are in for. When the uniforms decide it’s time to move against the American people, they will find out what the 2nd Amendment and the American spirit are all about. I have no doubt that it is coming. I also have no doubt it will not go as planned by these tyrants.

    Signed on Dec. 15th means that it takes effect 60 days later, on Feb. 13th. Is that correct?
