2 Republican appointees will hear the Stay first at the Supreme Court

Chief Justice John Roberts presides over the DC Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the 4th Circuit (Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia).
Immigration ban will likely go to the Supreme court. The government will seek a Stay of the TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) signed by a HI judge and MD judge.
The Stay is initially reviewed by one judge at SCOTUS. All the cases, that come to SCOTUS from the 9th Circuit, will be heard by Judge Anthony Kennedy and the ones from the 4th Circuit are heard by John Roberts. Both Kennedy and Roberts are appointees of Republican presidents. So, Trump administration will have 2 bites of the same apple. While Roberts and Kennedy are considered swing votes, they are less conservative than Alito and Thomas, still they are not liberal activists, and Trump has a great chance of having the ban upheld even without the full court.

And at worse, if they do not allow the new SC judge, to be seated, then, Trump should get another SC judge nominee ready to overload the court, to SAVE America!
See how important it might be to try to find out if lifting the judgeship of any SC judge is if that judge does not vote to protect America against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC?

There should be no lifetime appointments for any judge on the SC!
We need legal flexibility here to stop this treason!
Where did this lifetime measure come from?
