Sorry, my cut and paste wasn’t very good. Stephen, look at photo #5 – the only one where both the “seal” and Obama’s name are clear. (Note that the “seal” on the bottom fold doesn’t “bend”/distort with the page fold like the circle on the top fold does. The only validating mark on that page is perfectly round, even though the page bends. It was not on that paper but was added after the photo was taken.)Immediately below the fold is the name “Barack Hussein Obama”. It’s the longest line on that whole bottom portion. Now look at photo #1 – the only photo which shows the seal actually bend when the paper folds. This is a real seal on real paper. The words are obscure so we can’t tell what they are, only where there are words.Where “Barack Hussein Obama” should be printed there is nothing. There’s no way this photo of a real seal on a page came off of Obama’s COLB. https://www.factcheck.org/UploadedFiles/birth_certificate_1.jpg |

There shouldn’t have to be a lawsuit on this. Factcheck should be charged with forgery by the proper law enforcement body – which I believe should be either the FBI or the Chicago police department (where the forgery was done). I’m wondering if the placing of the forged document on the internet makes it fair game for prosecution from any sheriff’s department in the country. Anybody know about that?
I’ve a mind to go to my sheriff and show him this stuff and ask him who would have jurisdiction to arrest these people and subpoena any document they want to prosecute the case.

Dr. Taitz,
“I have received a number of e-mails saying the same thing. Fact took pictures of two different documents according to those letters. Atried to subpoena the original documents from Factcheck. I got a letter from the legal counselor of the University of Pennsylvania, stating that since Keyes v Bowen was a CA state case and they are in PA, they don’t have to comply. They could comply voluntarily to clear the good name of the University of PA, who is a parent co for Annenberg factcheck, but they didn’t want to. What does that tell you? I looked for a PA attorney to file a case in PA to unseal original Factcheck docs. I found one, I got a good plaintiff in PA. When this atty comes from vacation, we’ll start working in that direction. There is a lot of work all the way around.”
Could you publish the subpoena you issued Factcheck and the response letter you received from the legal counselor of the University of Pennsylvania, stating that since Keyes v Bowen was a CA state case and they are in PA, they don’t have to comply to verify your statement? I don’t see how you could have a problem doing this, after all, you have published everything else you have received/ issued/filed on your blog.

I find it amazing that Barry’s fathers ‘Race’ was listed a ‘African’ especially in 1961! Africa is a ‘Continent’ with people of many races, were most people of ‘color’ are considered ‘Negro’. Am I the only one that find this a bit odd?
