I guess Berg does NOT realize that when there is a federal holiday ALL business gets pushed to the next business day. Even if taxes were due on the official holiday of Memorial Day, they would NOT considered late because everyone knows the deadline rolls to the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. What if April 15 were a Sunday???? ALL business rolls to the next day. Get the point, Phil.

    Well, actually, Dr. Taitz was served on the 5th, so her response was due on Memorial Day. She did get the extra day for the holiday.

    It is FedEx’s fault for not getting the documents to PA in time.

    TRY THE SAVAGE NATION HOST MICHAEL SAVAGE HE HAS GUTS HE TOOK ON CAIR WITH SUCCESS IF THE SAVAGE NATION HAS IT ON HIS SHOW THEN THE OTHERS WOULD FOLLOW SUIT. GOOD LUCK.

    Oh yes! Michael Savage read directly from PRAVDA today on his show regarding their editorial American Capitalism dies with a whimper. In fact he went so far as to say Obama was 100 percent communist. No soft peddling crap there.

    Isn’t Savage the radio host who was so insulting to Dr. Taitz (and from whom she demanded an apology and air time, although nothing actually ever came of that)?

    I enjoy Savage’s show, I’ll admit, but he’s hardly a friend to Dr. Taitz.
