What constitutes a “valid authority?” As one of “We the People” and a U.S. citizen sworn to support and defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic, I am entitled to make judgments for myself about the Presidential ineligibility of Barack Obama II, a native-born Kenyan and the son of a Kenyan British Protected Subject, which status devolved upon all his offspring.

Oh, you mean authorities like U.S. District Judge Clay Land? Yeah, right… as if he were any longer a valid authority. Enjoy your 30 pieces of silver, Judge, if on July 16, 2009, AG Eric Holder even gave you that much for betraying the Constitution, giving the boot to a patriot defending it, Major Stefan Cook, and sanctioning with a $20,000 fine the most courageous attorney on the usurper’s case, Dr. Orly Taitz.

Congress and courts are the “valid authorities”? They are about as “valid authorities” as Oopscheck, Snopes, and DailyKOS on the ineligibility of the fraudulent impostor squatting in the White House, and about as likely as Oopscheck to correctly ascertain the facts and the embarrassing truth. I suppose that unless and until WTP replace them, they are the de facto authorities on the usurper’s case. But for the past three years, the Congress and the courts have trashed their validity for “some of that red stuff” – a mess of pottage.

If our government derives its authority from the consent of the governed, then what authority does Congress derive from a single digit approval level, and what authority does Mr. Obama derive from his slide from a 70% approval level upon inauguration to a 39% approval level today?

Those who have been conned are the hardest to convince of the facts and the truth, because one must not only persuade them to learn the facts and the truth but also overcome their aversion to learning they were duped.

    I suspect that this is a large part of the fight both in the world of private citizens and also in the courts. People have a really hard time realizing that they have been duped, tricked, lied to and conned into believing that Obama was an American Natural Born Citizen. The reality of the knowledge of having an unqualified President is too much for some people to “deal” with and they prefer to remain with their heads in the sand and blind to the truth.
