“They are wrong Orly. We know our country has fallen when the US Supreme court denies upholding the Constitution. That is their ONLY oath and obligation..they are too busy hearing fancy corporation cases! They all need to be impeached and clean out for not hearing and upholding the Constitution. They are wrong and you are right.
the seperation of powers means that one branch does not get too much power and they have their own areas. But first all Judges are to uphold the Consitution; they failed! and they are suppose to interprest the never before interprested presidential “natural born” status in the constitution. They are little wimps. the answer is for the People to vote every one out; and get all these Judges impeached for bad behavior.!!!!”
