I got a number of comments on the issue of Jury trial. While often judges, particular Federal Judges denied the plaintiffs or defendants rights to jury trials, this tradition became a custom , but is not a necessity. There is no prohibition from jury trial, particularly when the Federal government is a party and there is an inhrerent bias and conflict of interest in a federal judge deciding in favor of the president or department of justice. We have seen tremendous bias in the actions of Clay D. Land, we have seen bias in the actions of judge Carter. It is time to demand jury trials.
