   It is reported that the son of attorney John Hemenway was shot and killed in Bedford, Virginia. It is believed that the victim (also named John) was killed on April 30. The elder Hemenway is the attorney for the plaintiffs in the Obama eligibility lawsuit, Hollister v. Soetoro. In April 2009 Obama’s lawyer, Robert Bauer, sent Hemenway a letter demanding that the appeal of Hollister v. Soetoro be withdrawn. Bauer (who was named White House Counsel after the resignation of Gregory Craig and is who is married to former White House communications director Anita “I love Chairman Mao” Dunn) threatened, “Should you decline to withdraw this frivolous appeal, please be informed that we intend to pursue sanctions, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees…” Hemenway refused to be intimidated, responding to Bauer that he would continue to “…write and protest and attack those (who are) against the demand that Obama show proof of his birth…” (Hemenway knew that sanctions under Rule 11 were unlikely because they would give the plaintiff standing in the court of appeals, which Obama desperately wants to avoid.) Margaret Hemenway, who has spent 15 years working in the Senate and the House, is the spokesperson for Bronze Star winner Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin, who is being court martialed for refusing Afghanistan deployment orders because he believes Obama is not a natural born citizen and is therefore an illegitimate president who cannot legally give orders as commander in chief. (Some might speculate that the murdered Hemenway is Obama’s “first Vince Foster,” but others say that distinction belongs to police Lieutenant Quarles Harris, Jr., who was found shot to death in his car in Washington, D.C. Harris had been cooperating with federal investigators in connection with the illegal access of Obama’s passport file. Harris’s April 2008 murder remains unsolved. Still others would give the Foster label to Donald Young, a gay friend of Obama who was the choir director at Trinity United Church of Christ. Young was murdered on December 23, 2007; he purportedly “knew more,” according to Larry Sinclair, a man who claims he shared crack cocaine and homosexual activities with Obama in the back of a Chicago cab in 1999 and again in a hotel in Gurnee, Illinois. Within weeks of Young’s murder another gay church member, Larry Bland, is also murdered. The murders remain unsolved.)
