I have seen the sealed case since Berg forgot to seal it for several weeks. In it, Berg states that Obama was not qualified to be Senator because of his citizenship issues and thus Obama should have to repay the gov for all of what he earned as a Senator.

There has been much debate about secret evidence in the sealed case. The evidence in the sealed case are the online COLB, the school record and the recording of Obama’s grandmother along with affidavits. Nothing else. All of the evidence in the sealed case has been seen by the entire world.

I think Dr. Taitz is right about her analysis of Berg’s sealed case. Her analysis is in complete agreement wit what I read.

    Anyone that BECOMES a citizen may be a senator or governor. They simply can’t be President.

    Just for clarification purposes, if a person is not a natural born citizen of the U.S. they also can not be Vice President.

    I agree…there’s nothing there…not to mention the fact that, regardless of what Berg says about “he’s” going to unseal the case, that’s not exactly how it works. It’s not entirely up to him. It is also not unusual for these types of cases (Qui Tam/False Claims Act) to remain sealed for years. Continuing to talk about a case he can’t talk about is nothing more than an attempt to maintain hope among his supporters that it’s some big deal and hope it will motivate them to push that PayPal button one more time or two.
