There is really nothing more reliable than a Tracy-made video.

How’s the Supreme Court petition coming along? When does it have to be filed?

There is nothing more authentic than Obama’s original “vital records” and/or the microfilm of Hawaii birth certificates from the month of August 1961.

Jane Clemons is either ignorant of the Ballot Commission’s duty and authority per NH law or she lied through her teeth about same. Given that she is a legacy VIP in the Democratic Party of NH and flat out lied about what Orly Taitz challenged, I’d say the latter is the case.

Orly, thank you for all of your hard work in trying to expose the imposter in chief. I heard your testimony in NH and it was very compelling. I do however wish you would have pressed them more on the definition of natural born citizen, that is after all the bottom line as I see it. I wish for once some would ask the people on the other side of this issue to define specifically what is a natural born citizen. Make them explain why they think that simply being born in this country makes you a NBC. they wont be able to site anything to back that up, we both know that. I never hear a rigorous debate about the definition of NBC not once have I heard that very important debate. Its always the birth certificate which by the way is exactly what they want it is the classic red herring.

@joe,
The only reason Obama’s birth certificate is not a classic red herring is because it’s the legal document which prevents Obama from being a “natural born Citizen” because the person named thereon, at least on the ones in the public domain, as his father never was a U.S. citizen.

Joe, it is not up to the elections commission to decide, or even offer an opinion on what is meant by “natural born.” The debate is, indeed, important, but it for congress and/or the Supreme Court, not for local officials to decide.

Luella, dont they have to decide if he is qualified to be on the ballot?
January 2nd, 2012 @ 4:19 pm
Luella, so they can break the law with impunity? I remember learning some painful lessons in my 60+ years. One of them is, “Ignorance is no exception to the law.” This woman is at best a waste of skin.

Why does Jane have no lips?
January 2nd, 2012 @ 8:42 pm
At 22:03–22:17 of the video, Jane Clemons says:
“We are unique in New Hampshire. Nationwide people know, we are not foolish about our elections. We take them seriously. WE VET OUR CANDIDATES. And, we have a lot of pride in our primaries.”
However, Obama was not vetted as a candidate in New Hampshire.
