Yet again Obama regime spoils my B-day, but the fight goes on, new moves are coming

Here is the anatomy of the game.
Today in the morning I was supposed to have a phone conference with judge Susan Oke-Malloy, who supervises the magistrate judge Puglisi. Yesterday I got a phone call from the assistant of the judge, telling me the conference call will be postponed to 5:15 CA time (at that time it would be too late to mail or Fedex anything for August 31 filing deadline. I had a bad filling right then and there. today Lamberth granted the motion by the Department of Justice to deny my freedom of information request. Next move by the regime will be assertion by judge Oke Mulloy, that actions by Lamberth will makke the HI case moot. Well, not so fast…
Every birthday for the last 2-3 years I get garbage presents from the regime. Oh, well. we know, who we are fighting, we knew they will play this game. I was prepared, as I was prepared to the stonewalling in HI. New moves are coming, new earth shattering evidence is coming, Obama and his regime will not come out of this smelling like a rose
stay tuned…

Any hints on your next move? Where will this earth shattering evidence come from?

I thought I read that the HI judge made the case there into its own civil case. How could they now claim it is moot based on the D.C. case?
It would seem to me the HI court played right into your hands by converting the case.
Hang in there, Orly!!! This evil regime WILL NOT WIN!!

WHAT?
Just like that?
Well ain’t that a kick in the pants! What a bunch of snakes.Crickets from the media again. Gets more sickening everyday.
Looking forward to your other case! Keeping swinging. You’re bound to connect!
Well, Happy Birthday anyway! Maybe someday your birthday will be a national holiday!

Orly, I’m sorry. In my anger over judge Lambert’s ruling I forgot to issue you a birthday wish.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ORLY.
God Bless

What kind of judge would make that ruling! Anyone can see that America needs this in court more than the SSA needs to keep covering up for Obama.
And how can they say it’s private? His selective service registration and SSN is all over the internet!
Presidents (especially this one!) do not have privacy rights.

On the plus side, another year has passed and you’re still as young and beautiful as ever – happy birthday, Orly!

RacerJim is urging gun violence on public officials and Orly Taitz is posting it on her site.
Is America a great place, or what?

Time to present HDOH Director Loretta Fuddy a proper subpoena in person…the business end of a .44 Magnum!

Hey Holmes & Jackson,
A United States Senator urged gun violence on their opposition and the msm embraced it.
