Says, ‘I will be filing until I get an answer’

California attorney Orly Taitz, who has taken cases challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president to a number of courts across the nation including the U.S. Supreme Court, says she’ll be returning to the high court, this time seeking a petition for the extraordinary writ of mandamus.
“As Attorney General Eric Holder and U.S. Attorney Jeffery Taylor did not institute Quo Warranto and did not respond, I will go back to SCOTUS,” Taitz announced today on her website.
“As you know, I am being crucified for every little error, so I have sent the draft to a couple of attorneys, paralegals, technical consultants and language consultants, to give me their input and I will file in a few days,” she said.
“Bottom line, I will be filing until I get an answer,” she wrote.
Taitz was the lead attorney earlier representing military officers from the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines when they cited Quo Warranto, a legal right established in British common law nearly 800 years ago and recognized by the U.S. Founding Fathers, to demand documentation that may prove – or disprove – Obama’s eligibility.

The legal phrase essentially means an explanation is being demanded for what authority Obama is using to act as president. An online constitutional resource says Quo Warranto “affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents.”
Originally requesting the action were Maj. Gen. Carroll Childers; Lt. Col. Dr. David Earl-Graef; police officer and Selected Reservist Navy Commander Clinton Grimes; Lt. Scott Easterling, now serving on active duty in Iraq; New Hampshire state Rep. Timothy Comerford; Tennessee state Rep. Frank Nicely and others.
“As president-elect, Respondent Obama failed to submit prima facie evidence of his qualifications before January 20, 2009. Election officers failed to challenge, validate or evaluate his qualifications. Relators submit that as president elect, Respondent Obama failed [to] qualify per U.S. CONST. Amend. XX [paragraph] 3,” the document said.
John Eidsmoe, an expert on the U.S. Constitution now working with the Foundation on Moral Law, has told WND the demand is a legitimate course of action.
“She basically is asking, ‘By what authority’ is Obama president,” he told WND at the time the original document was filed. “In other words, ‘I want you to tell me by what authority. I don’t really think you should hold the office.’
“She probably has some very good arguments to make,” Eidsmoe said.
Taitz’ letter was dispatched to Holder and the U.S. attorney, but she has not received a response, she confirmed.
WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen.” The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”
Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama’s American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.
Other challenges have focused on Obama’s citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Several of the cases have involved emergency appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court in which justices have declined even to hear arguments. Among the cases turned down without a hearing at the high court have been petitions by Philip Berg, Cort Wrotnowski, Leo Donofrio and Taitz.
Complicating the situation is Obama’s decision to spend sums estimated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest all of the questions.
Taitz’ plaintiffs, some of whom potentially face life-or-death situations in defense of the U.S. Constitution on a daily basis, note that information on Quo Warranto against a federal officer normally is related to the attorney general. But since Holder is an Obama friend and appointee, they asked for the appointment of a special prosecutor to help in presenting documentation to the Supreme Court.
Eidsmoe said it’s clear that Obama has something in the documentation of his history, including his birth certificate, college records and other documents, “he does not want the public to know.”
Obama’s critics warn of the impending constitutional crisis should it be discovered Obama is ineligible and the resulting chaos of trying to figure out what, if any, of his executive branch orders, should be valid.
According to the online Constitution.org resource: “The common law writ of quo warranto has been suppressed at the federal level in the United States, and deprecated at the state level, but remains a right under the Ninth Amendment which was understood and presumed by the Founders, and which affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents.”
According to a report at All The News That Fits, lawyers for Obama submitted in a court challenge late in 2008 that “particularly serious embarrassment will result from turning over the requested documentation” in one of the many eligibility challenges that have been filed.
As Jerome Corsi, WND senior staff writer, explained, “The main reason doubts persist regarding Obama’s birth certificate is this question: If an original Hawaii-doctor-generated and Hawaii-hospital-released Obama birth certificate exists, why wouldn’t the senator and his campaign simply order the document released and end the controversy?
“That Obama has not ordered Hawaii officials to release the document,” Corsi writes, “leaves doubts as to whether an authentic Hawaii birth certificate exists for Obama.”
A state official, Hawaiian Health Director Chiyome Fukino, said, “I, and Dr. Alvin Onaka have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.” But officials have rejected requests for access, saying Obama would have to authorize any access, and left ambiguous its origin: Does the certificate on file with the Department of Health indicate a Hawaii birth or was it generated after the Obama family registered a Kenyan birth in Hawaii?
Obama’s half-sister, Maya Soetoro, has named two different Hawaii hospitals where Obama could have been born. At one point a Kenyan ambassador said Obama’s birth place in Kenya already was recognized and honored.

When I was young I visited the birthplace of Abraham Lincoln. I was told there were many claims to his actual birthplace but no one knew for certain which site was truly the one.
This is understandable. Lincoln was a history-making president and his birthplace is justifiably revered. In fact the birthplaces of virtually every president we’ve ever had are both known and revered as historical sites. One would expect the birthplace of our first African American president to be regarded as a national treasure, with people from all over Hawaii scrambling to claim possession of it. There should be tourist traps all over that city with signs like “President Obama slept here”. At minimum you’d expect the hospital he was born to be advertising the fact.
But, to my knowledge, no such claims are being made. No one in the state of Hawaii seems to know or care where BHO was born.
This, apart from all the other accumulated evidence against BHO’s natural born status, speaks volumes to me.

We have never seen Ronald Reagan’s birth certificate either. I read an internet rumor that he was actually born in Canada and his parents lied and said he was born at home in Illinois. Illinois only a day or two’s horse and buggy ride from Canada so it could be true. I think Orly needs to check into this. It could be her next big cause after SCOTUS throws out all her cases.

Obama was born in Mombassa!!!! Therfore he is not a natural born american citizen.

The issue here is the fact that Obama is so reluctant to clear the air.
It should be so simple to show proof of natural born citizenship unless
you have no proof. Avoiding the issue, the lawsuits and possible influences with the courts to keep it silent should make one very suspicious. If someone is avoiding an issue with so much resistance it should create doubt. Where is mass media attention? Another cover up?
Everyone should be curious and demand the truth to be known.
The Constitution should be upheld or it means nothing.

Hawaii is making many efforts and there are several Obama tours going on now. In fact, I will be in Hawaii in 2 weeks so I’ll see it for myself. Having written to the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau and received a wonderful reply I plan on doing some sightseeing. Hawaii is a wonderful place as I ‘ve been there many times but this time will be more interesting.

WND is publishing for the first time the prepared opening statement by Jerome Corsi for the scheduled Oct. 7 press conference in Nairobi that was shut down when he was detained by Kenyan military and immigration authorities.
As Corsi developed the text the previous day, he shared it with key government officials and accepted suggestions for changes.
The only governmental factions Corsi was unable to interview in Kenya were Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Orange Democratic Movement party members still remaining loyal to him.
Corsi said the office of Kenyan President Kibaki and Vice President Kolonzo were fully informed of his intention to hold the press conference at the Grand Regency Hotel, and neither expressed any objections.

For the past week, I have been in Nairobi, Kenya, investigating the ties between Sen. Barack Obama and Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga, as first presented in my New York Times No. 1 best-selling book, “The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality.”
Chapter 4 of my book was devoted to Kenya.
As a result of the investigative journalism I have done in Kenya this past week, I can now verify the following:
Senator Barack Obama and Prime Minister Raila Odinga have been in direct contact since Senator Obama’s visit to Kenya in 2006.
Senator Obama has advised Raila Odinga on campaign strategy and helped Raila Odinga raise money in the United States for Raila Odinga’s presidential campaign in Kenya.
The memorandum of understanding Raila Odinga, representing the Orange Democratic Movement, or ODM, and Sheikh Abdullahi Abdi, the chairman of the National Muslim Leaders Forum, or NAMLEF, signed on Aug. 27, 2007, is now verified as a genuine document in the original long form Abdi produced for Kenyan television.
An eight-page document drafted for Raila Odinga as an executive summary of his campaign strategy, entitled “Positioning and Marketing of the Orange Democratic Movement and the People’s President – Hon. Raila A. Odinga,” that was allegedly prepared by the party’s core strategy team has also been verified as a valid document.
Odinga’s 2007 presidential campaign strategy called for exploiting anti-Kikuyu sentiments, claiming victory and charging voter fraud even if the campaign knew the election had been legitimately lost and being willing to fan the flames of ethnic tribal tensions and use violence as a last resort by calling for mass action which led to the destruction of properties, injuries, loss of life and the displacement of over 500,000 Kenyans. This was to create a situation forcing the Electoral Commission of Kenya to declare Odinga the winner or having him declare himself, by force, “The People’s President” at a rally in Uhuru Park.
Even though Odinga has not fulfilled his promises to the Muslims who voted for him, he continues to cause concern among Kenyan Christians, because he has not declared his position on Shariah law and the Kadhi’s Court in Kenya.
Sen. Obama remained in active phone contact with Odinga, through the New Hampshire Democratic Party primary in January, continuing to support Odinga, turning a blind eye to the memorandum of understanding signed with Muslims and the post-election violence instigated as part of the ODM campaign strategy.
Until the U.S. presidential election in November, I will be substantiating these charges on WorldNetDaily, where I am a senior staff investigative reporter.
I also plan to be actively on radio and television in the United States to explain the results of my research in Kenya and the articles I plan to write on WorldNetDaily.

Fifteen minutes before the press conference was to begin, Corsi was confronted by approximately 30 Kenyan immigration officers and uniformed military armed with automatic rifles, demanding to see his passport.
Corsi was taken by the immigration authorities and detained at Nyayo House, the provincial government headquarters in Nairobi, beginning what turned into 13-hours of detention, during which Kenyan immigration officials conducted an official investigation into his immigration status.
The 10 a.m. press conference at the Grand Regency Hotel in downtown Nairobi was never held because of Corsi’s detention, which, throughout, was enforced by armed Kenyan military.
Immigration officials detaining Corsi assured him he was not under arrest and that he was not being charged with any crimes, even though they insisted he accompany them to the main Nairobi immigration building on the ninth floor of the nearby downtown Kenyan government office.
In Kenya for a week, Corsi had scheduled the Oct. 7 press conference on the morning of the day he was scheduled to take an 11:45 p.m. British Airways flight from Nairobi to London.
“I feared my life would be in danger once I revealed the information and documents I had uncovered in Kenya,” Corsi said, “so I scheduled to leave that evening, once I had completed the press conference and had some time to do follow-up one-on-one interviews with interested reporters.”
In the week he was in Kenya, Corsi held extensive private meetings with numerous highly positioned government officials, former leaders of Raila Odinga’s Orange Democratic Movement party, influential Christian missionaries, African Christian pastors and various long-time experts in Kenyan politics.
Most of Corsi’s interviews were conducted under the condition that he keep his sources anonymous, largely because those meeting with him feared reprisals and possibly even threats to their lives for sharing information for publication with WorldNetDaily.
Corsi said that Kenyan immigration authorities assured him throughout the course of his 13-hour detention that he was never under arrest and that he was not being deported.
“Immigration officials told us late in the day last Tuesday that the press conference had been cancelled when Odinga phoned immigration officials and demanded I be arrested,” Corsi said. “The president and vice president’s office knew we were giving the press conference and had no objections.”
Corsi told WND that late in the morning, while he was still in detention at the downtown Nairobi immigration headquarters, two individuals in suits and ties arrived and announced they were lawyers hired to represent him.
“I never hired any lawyers,” Corsi told WND. “The lawyers made a point of telling the immigration authorities in our presence that they had been retained by Kenyan Vice President Kolonzo’s office to represent us.”
Corsi was later told the lawyers had paid bribes to immigration authorities to get him released.
“I disapprove of paying bribes and would never have authorized their payment,” Corsi said.
Corsi said he has refused to acknowledge e-mails received from Kenya since his release demanding he compensate the people who allegedly put up the money to pay the bribes.
Throughout the day, Kenyan immigration authorities held Corsi’s passport, his driver’s license and his cell phone. He was never free to leave immigration custody or even move about the airport freely, without being accompanied by armed guard.
Kenyan authorities also detained Corsi’s publicist Tim Bueler, who had accompanied him to Kenya.
Both were denied the opportunity to eat until late in the day when Corsi insisted Bueler was beginning to suffer blood sugar problems from lack of food.
Despite reports from Kenyan newspapers that Corsi was in Kenya to promote his book, he denies the charges.
“My book ‘The Obama Nation’ was a No. 1 New York Times best-seller for a month after it was published on August 1,” Corsi said. “The U.S. is the largest book market in the world. The idea that I was going to Nairobi to open a Kenyan market to sell the book was ridiculous. The book was written for a U.S. audience, not a Kenyan audience.”
Still, immigration officials who detained Corsi at the Regency Hotel prior to the press conference demanded to see the inventory of books they believed Corsi had brought and were surprised to learn he had with him only one copy of the book, which he had planned to show to the press when delivering his prepared remarks at the press conference.
After writing “The Obama Nation,” Corsi had been invited to Kenya by former ODM officials who had become disillusioned with Odinga after Odinga’s agreement with the Muslim leader Abdi became public knowledge. Odinga then prompted a wave of tribal violence, claiming voter fraud, as a last ditch effort to gain power after losing to President Kibaki by nearly a quarter million votes.
“The ex-ODM officials inviting me to Kenya offered to share with me internal ODM documents and e-mails which would support the claims I made in Chapter 4 of ‘The Obama Nation,’ Corsi said. “I went to Kenya to do additional research, not to sell books, and I declared that purpose on the immigration entry card when I arrived in Kenya.”
Kenyan officials have claimed that Corsi violated the terms of a tourist visa when he entered the country supposedly “to go on safari,” while his real intent was to engage in the commercial activity of book-selling.
“The immigration officials said they lost our entry cards,” Corsi said. “But the truth is the government knew we told the truth when we entered Kenya, and immigration officials did not want to have to show to the public that we entered Kenya as journalists, not tourists.”
To date, the Kenyan government has failed to charge Corsi with any violation of immigration laws or to produce evidence that he entered the country under false pretenses.

Kenyan immigration and airport security officials kept Corsi under armed guard until they were placed aboard their originally scheduled flight departing that evening.
Upon handing Corsi’s and Bueler’s passports to British Airways flight attendants when the airplane’s door was being closed for takeoff, an unnamed Kenyan official rudely told Corsi, “Never come back to Kenya” and “See you in hell.”
On Monday, Dec. 31, 2007, after he lost the popular vote for president in Kenya and President Kibaki had been sworn in for a second term, Odinga called a ceremony in Nairobi’s Uhuru Park to proclaim himself the “People’s President,” ignoring a police ban to hold the event and disregarding the hundreds of riot officers the government deployed around the park during the event, according to a BBC report.
At this point, post-election tribal violence in which Odinga’s machete-wielding Luo tribe supporters attacked President Kibaki’s majority Kikuyu tribe members had already broken out across Kenya.
Muslim groups continue to push the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission to expand the Islamic Kadhi Court jurisdiction to civil and commercial disputes, a move implicit in the agreement Odinga signed with Abdi and his Muslim group, NAMLEF.
Kadhi Courts typically settle marriage and inheritance disputes between Muslims in Kenya and have been recognized at the district level since Kenyan independence in 1963.

You obviously have no appreciation for the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law. What’s more your mean spirit and snide remarks are wearing thin. The enormous embarrassment you speak of will be the day that Barry Soetoro is outed before the world and proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is a fraud; a non-citizen usurper and a traitor of this great country. Not only should he be thrown out as a perpetrator of the most audacious and dangerous hoax ever perpetrated on the American people but he should be indicted, tried, convicted and imprisoned. We need a leader and right now the only real courageous voice of reason is that of Orly Taitz. Shame on you Mary for your ignorant remarks.I can only conclude that you are a follower of the Obama cult and your comments are not based either in common sense or in facts.
God forbid Mary, that you or any other American (I presume you are) be treated like Orly Taitz has been treated by enumerable elected officials, attorneys and judges who feel compelled to protect this despicable and arrogant, anti-American, anti-Christian who occupies the White House and seeks to impose his warped view of the world and unethical and immoral values on all Americans.
Despite the uphill battle, Orly Taitz fights on because she cares about her adopted country and…because she knows she is right! Fighting for America Mary, is NEVER a waste of time! You should be ashamed of yourself. Go Orly!

Orly Taitz is allready a history maker, and one fine mothers ….
It looks to me like you are very jelious of such a talent as this woman.
She is very inteligent, and good looking , extremley educatated ,
very good figure,and her sons are well educated, and father is a great
family man.
When you talk about pushing over a windmill she has already done that
more times then you are able to count. She got too two suprem court

She and 6 states in the union of the usa . have conviced
obama for TREASON, AND CRIMES AGAINST THE STATE
OF TN.,WA.NO.TEXAS.GA.AND now 20 other states are
asking Orly Taitz to present the marets to too thier
Grand Jurys for the convictions in thier state.I do not know

When you can show us his college records (which no doubt whould prove that he went to college as a foreign student) then I and many others will admit that BO is a legal president. Until he shows his records (all of them) we will continue to believe that he is not legally president. Maybe you can explain to all of us crazy people just what it is that is fighting so hard to keep the public from finding out. Must be some really dark secret, wouldn’t you say. Go get those records and prove we are wrong. We will be waiting to see them.

to “Mary Adamson” et al-what will it take to get through to ignorant fools like youself?! ….. that a foreign birth will only determine whether BO is a citizen(of any stripe) A native-born (born on U.S. soil) does not guaranty natural born cit status.
BO is, by his own admission, the child of a foreigner and as such is NOT a natural born citizen. get it straight territorial right and hereditary right
BO born British subject status governed by the Crown U.S. citizen mother can confer her citizenship but it does not erase her newborn’s status that is inalterable BO’s dual-citizenship(divided loyalties/competing allegiances) AT BIRTH makes him ineligible. PERIOD.
