Why I am challenging Obama, but not challenging Marco Rubio

I was asked repeatedly: why am I challenging Obama, but not challenging Marco Rubio.
Here is my explanation. One cannot fight all the battles in the world, you have to pick your battles. There is a fundamental difference between Rubio and Obama.
Obama’s documents are forged. The man is a criminal. Anyone else would be in prison long time ago and for a long time, if he were to use forged documents.
Forgery and criminality is the number one issue that demands immediate resolution.
Yes, we need a judicial determination of the meaning of the natural born citizen, however this is something that might take a long time and the outcome is uncertain. Even if the question is presented to the Supreme Court and the Supreme court eventually decides to rule on it, they might rule that one born in a country to permanent residents and political refuges, like Rubio’s parents, is considered to be a natural born citizen, as at the time Rubio was born, his parents were permanent residents, Cuba was under a hostile regime and they could not go back. His parents did not have allegiance to any other country at the time Rubio was born. I do not know, what the Supreme court will decide, if they ever take on this issue.
I do know one thing for certain: no court with any measure of decency can rule that forgery and ID theft is normal, acceptable and lawful.
What Obama is doing is a 100% criminal and not only he needs to be removed from office, he needs to be criminally prosecuted and I will not stop until justice is served and Obama is removed from office and convicted for elections fraud, Social Security fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, uttering of forged documents and ID theft. The longer this criminality goes on, more people will end up in prison. I hope that cooler heads prevail and the big wigs of the Democratic party will come to Obama with an offer he can’t refuse, just as it was done by the GOP big wigs during Watergate. It is time. It is high time for many…

Orly I didn’t know there was an exception to the two-citizen-parent rule for refugees. I’m glad you clarified that.

“Cuba was under a hostile regime and they could not go back. His parents did not have allegiance to any other country at the time Rubio was born.”
What country nowadays isn’t a hostile regime? Many of them are under overthrow incited, ‘today’ in part, by obama. For example, Libya, Egypt; argueably Tunisa, much of Africa, Syria and the staying of the Iran dictatorship. Also the USA.

there is no official exception, the courts are simply refusing to take up this issue

Orly, you have been my hero in your tireless efforts to protect our Constitution, but it now seems that you are only out to get Obama as a criminal. The Constitution is very clear that Marco Rubio is not eligible to be run for our President, and supporting him is only helping the Republican establishment to destroy our Founding document as much as the Democrats are doing. Romney has not received the required votes to win the nomination, but the RINOs have named him as their presumptive nominee anyway. What does this been to our right to a brokered Convention? Just because Romney (Obama-lite) has bought the most votes with all his money should not mean he can buy our Presidency. All politicians are corrupt & it seems that all lawyers are too.

Edie
I am trying to achieve something versus nothing.
Gingrich is no longer running, there will not be a brokered convention and I am sure they will pick Rubio to get the Hispanic vote.
I hope one day the constitutional requirements for natural born citizen will be addressed. At the moment we have evidence of flagrant crimes committed by Obama: use of a forged BC and a stolen SSN ID. We are more likely to have this addressed by the court. I will concentrate on this issue. If later the Supreme Court will address the issue of the meaning of natural born- great. If not, at least I am doing something productive, pushing to move a criminal out of the WH and into the Big House.

Edie: Orly is doing a bangup job. She has more on her plate for now. And the difference in Obama and Marco is that there’s more openness with Marco…while we are now well-aware of what Obama’s intentions are!
And if Marco joins the (R) ticket, I think they will demolish Obama or anyone else they put up against the (R) Party this time!!!

Orly, you are using the soft catch way of getting Obama out and bravo. By that I mean that there is no way a court is going to rule on Obama’s eligibility. We all realize it now, but we also know that Obama is guilty of crimes that make Nixon’s crime minor by comparison. Therefore you are going after him on those issues. Much like Al Capone who was found guilty of tax evasion and went to jail even though his other crimes were much worse. He still got what he deserved.
