Dear sir/mdm,
I received your e-mail, stating that my petition was removed due to violation of privacy and I state unequivocally that I did not violate any one’s privacy. I am a licensed attorney and do not see any violation of privacy. On Sunday evening and Sunday night I gathered nearly a 1,000 signatures from citizens of 49 states, which shows a great public interest and the matter to be an issue of public controversy.
I demand my petition to be reinstated immediately. If you refuse to reinstate it, please, advice me, where exactly did I violate any one’s privacy.

The petition for Barack Hussein Obama with regards to his occupation of the office of POTUS and his need to resign in lieu of his forged and fraudulent bona fides: Selective Service card showing a two digit year date stamp rather than a four digit year date stamp; an illegally obtained CT SSN issued to him and a fraudulent and forged birth certificate is of national interest and a national security breach. Furthermore at this time there is a court case Noonan v Bowen that is set for conference before the US Supreme Court and this also was part of the petition being signed by concerned American citizens. All of these matters do not violate one’s privacy. If you have nothing to hide then why would you take this petition down. It is obvious. Within a 24 our period there have been upwards of 1,000 signatures and would have certainly reached the threshold for a response. If there is a lawful violation of privacy you need to state what that violation was. Mr. Obama’s alleged bona fides that have been released to the public is obviously a matter of public records, so this is not a violation of your right to privacy. I can obtain a certified copy of my birth certificate with no reservations for less than $20, yet the man who claimed on Jan 21, 2009 to make the touchstones of his “presidency” the upholding of the rule of law and transparency has spent $2 million to hide and obfuscate the truth. It has been quite the opposite of the WH statement. We the People Demand you reinstate the petition for the people to read and sign if they so feel warranted. I had a petition to remove the usurper itjuatdudn’t get enough signatures. But it wasn’t removed. It expired because it didn’t get enough signatures. It was “archived”
Said remove usurper by “quo warranto” because he is not a natural born citizen.

Picking and choosing petitions to suit this Administrations Agenda has nothing to do with We The People.I have noticed you have withdrawn a petition I was following submitted by Orly Taitz.Your retraction of said Petition has sparked a belief that the accused of the said charges is guilty by the omission of said petition. Reason for withdraw was ” The petition contained information that invades an individual’s personal privacy.” All the court information is available via Public Records and according to E-Verify the said SS# in question is not that of Mr. Obama’s therefore no privacy was infringed. I demand justice according to the full writ of law and that the said petition be placed back on the “We The People” website. This Administration has promised the people of These United State “Transparency of Government” and have shown no intent to honer that promise.

Help stop Obama and everyone of his followers in the Black House by not paying Federal income taxes. If you are a non-federal citizen, you don’t owe one penny on your private non-federal income. Put more of your money to work as you see fit. With the Black House seeing less federal reserve notes coming in from smart citizens of the private sector, they will have to cut employment in D.C. aka IRS, DOJ, SSA, FMS, and many more.
