   It is uncomprehensible how obama, of unproven birth, born to a father of foreign loyalty, by definition not a “natural born citizen” of this country and infiltrator to the office, can rule with such a free hand, without any challenge whatsoever from any whose duty it is to insure these very acts cannot happen.

   We are at an impasse, and our future, if left to obama, more accurately, those who placed him in office, and the fools who mindlessly follow, is very bleak.

   This letter is on RedFlag News and the author asked that we all write to our representative… so I have just submitted this letter to Kurt Schroeder, with my own comments.

   Leading up to the January 28th State of the Union Speech, Barack Obama and his spokesmen made statements to the effect that he plans to use his pen to sign executive orders to enact law on his own authority. He says he will do this because, in his view, Congress has not, or will not, pass certain legislation that he desires.

   Based on this bald assertion of prerogative by Obama, articles of impeachment should be filed against him immediately. And I am calling on my Congressman, Representative Andy Harris of Maryland, to do just that. I urge you to do the same with regard to your own representative in Congress. In fact, you might send this short video to your Congressman along with your request that he impeach Barack Obama:

   Let’s talk about the legal reasoning for this.

   The very first sentence of the Constitution (after the preamble) begins with the word “all.”

   Before we go any further, let’s just define this term. Can we agree that the word “all” means, well…“all”?

   Now, the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land; and here’s what that first sentence says in its entirety:

   All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

   With this sentence in mind, let me ask a question.

   If all lawmaking authority is vested in Congress, then how much is left over for the executive branch?

   Asked another way: How can a president make law when only the legislative branch has that power?

   The fact is he cannot.

   And when an elected official threatens to act outside his constitutional authority, he is inviting and deserving of impeachment and removal from office.

   So I am asking you, along with all other members of Congress (who, of course, have sworn an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic) to impeach Barack Obama.

   Why?

   Barack Obama has identified himself as an enemy of the Constitution by declaring his intention to violate it.

   My added comments to Schroeder:

   In addition, he has enacted at least 100 violations of our Constitution and all of the rule of law. He is responsible for Benghazi, he is allowing MILLIONS of illegals, and some are known terrorists, he thumbs his nose at Congress, he ordered 3 officers to set off a nuclear bomb off of South Carolina, which would have killed 300,000 people and they disobeyed.

   What kind of American would do that? On top of that,he is not a legal sitting president. He is an impostor, squatting in the people’s White House. He spends our monies like it is his own, millions on luxury trips. This man is a madman, and has been diagnosed by at least two psychiatrists as being a sociopathic liar and a narcissistic fanatic.

   Add to that the fact that he is a homosexual, (what a great role model for our young people). He has aided and abetted the Muslim Brotherhood, has perverts on his staff, masquerading as ‘czars’ (is this Russia?)

   plus, so many other deviant behaviors and actions, that I won’t list them. You, as a politician need to be aware of the man you are endorsing and allowing to run this country.

   When the jury finds him guilty of treason and subversion, all those who knew of this, will be guilty of complicity, and the sentencing will be as it should be for traitors.

   Dr. Taitz is a lone woman waging battles for our country, legally. She has all of the information necessary to toss this usurper out on his ear, along with Pelosi, Reid, Boehner, and others. The day will come when Justice will prevail.

   Meanwhile, it would behoove our so called representatives to do what they pledged to do… represent the documents of our Founding Fathers.

   I hope you will take this advice seriously. I also hope that you will do some research, and not close your eyes and mind to what is coming down before your eyes. This impostor needs to be removed. He can’t be impeached, since he is not a legal president. He can be handcuffed, sentenced and .. we know what happens to traitors. (as in the days of old).

   All should copy the original letter and send it to your representative. Add some enlightening comments, too. For instance, I did not mention many other transgressions of Barack Obama. There are too many to list.

He hates and is working to destroy the 2nd Amendment. He spends money faster than the government can take it in and demands more, which Congress gives him without a fight.

   * His acts of treason are notorious as he spies on American via the NSA, uses the IRS to intimidate conservatives and their donation using the IRS via audits that he demands they conduct, he provides aide & comfort to our sworn enemies by appointing them to his administration where they have Top Secret Security clearance to all of our classified information as he funnels our tax dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood and other Muslim terrorists to which he has aligned himself while swearing to stand by them in times of difficulties.

   * He is working for the implementation of Sharia Law as the Law of the Land in America. His is the least transparent administration of a Presidency in the history of America. He resigned the National Defense Authorization Act, which allows him to control America and to take American citizens into custody without charging them, allowing them an attorney or to be in contact with anyone while in custody. He can basically remove anyone at any time and hold them indefinitely without allowing them their constitutional rights.

   The nature of his evil is greater than anything America has ever witnessed. He is unworthy of the office he holds while seemingly getting there via voter fraud.

   Be ready May 16th. If you cannot go to DC to demand resignations, raise hell at home.
