What is the chance that it is a random coincidence, that Obama’s name is connected in SS databases to the name of the chief actuary of SSA? For a country of over 300 million such probability is nearly zero

Harry Ballantyne retired 11 years ago as chief actuary of the Social Security Administration.
This was what I found on:

Ross: He had been head of it since it was still called (I think) the Analysis Division. When I was here, it was DPA, the Division of Program Analysis, and he was head of it. Jim Marquis was his deputy. The Division at that time included not only the two planning type branches that conducted the kind of work that OLCA now conducts, but it also included the short-term actuary, who was Larry Alpern. He was a very exacting, awesome and expert actuary. Harry Ballantyne worked for him. There was an Economic Studies Branch. It was headed by a guy named George Trafton. There was a branch called Coding and Classification which was headed by somebody named Bill Cummins. Subsequently, that branch was spun off to the Central Office of Operations or whatever it was then.

So Ballantyne must have been working at the SSA for a very long time. Here’s a paper by him in 1959 !

Please, look at this info. I need any and all info and deeds for this property. The address might be fictitious. If such property actually exists, I need any and all info about it.
Please, if you are in CT and VT, try to meet  Thomas Wood relatives. Be very polite and considerate, explain that this is a matter of national security. We need his actual SSA application. If they remember the date or have a form, it’s great, but if not, as next of kin they are entitled to get it.
Also, please look at the names of the people in the article above, people who worked with Harry C Ballantyne. See, if you can get in touch with them.
What is the most frightening, is the  fact that not one single judge gives a damn about national security. We have a person, sitting in the White House, using social security numbers of others, including SS number of the deceased mother of the chief actuary of the SSA and no Federal judge gives a damn.   What do you call it?

    Sorry, but you need to explain whzt is the connection btween Obama and Harry Ballantyne, the actuary. Also, given the internal controls that are constructed at SSA what evidence do you have that Mr. Ballantine had access to individual beneficiary accounts?
