   Surely you aren’t suggesting that this prosecution is wrong? The attacker actually filmed the assault.

   I am saying that these types of political prosecutions are directed from the top. When there are dozens of such attacks against whites and particularly Jews and Holder does not prosecute, while one attack against a black man is prosecuted, that is a sign that people running the Department of Justice are black racists and antisemites, Jew-haters nd the civil right commission and US Congress should investigate Eric Holder and Obama to see why similar charges of hate crimes were not brought in New York, WI, PA, where hate crimes were committed specifically against whites and specifically against Jews

   In New York, police have charged Amrit Marajh, 28, with two felony hate crimes after they said he assaulted a 24-year-old Jewish man wearing a yarmulke Friday in Brooklyn, NYPD Sgt. Carlos Nieves said.

   this is an action by the local police, however there is no action by the US dep. of Justice, because I believe that Eric Holder and Obama are closet antisemites, Jew haters, as well as black racists.

   It’s blatant racism that has been on display for years. They were out of the closet way back in 2008 when the Black Panther intimidation case in Philly made Natl news and Obama & Holder said “we will not prosecute our people.”

   Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson came to Florida to incite riots after George Zimmerman an Hispanic Jew defended himself against a Black drug addicted thug, and the Black Panthers put a bounty out on him and Obama and Holder did squat. They truly are Black Racists.

   Public black travesties this weekend 90 miles from NYC
   1. young fully ambulatory non-handicapped black couple parked in handicap spot – female ked with the usual haughty look slooooowly to the car when being observed w/nose in the sky.
   2. 10-15 occupying entire walkway in the mall with mall walkway divided by kiosks – observed black teenager shouldering white woman rather than attempt to cede mutual sharing of thoroughfare.
   3. 2 black youths walking side by side and as approached white male started talking about “knockout game” w/same haughty look a #1 above wherein white man accepted challenge.
   4. observed blacks in checkout line with large line behind them allow another black with many items in line and saying to the others in line that they were saving their spot. customer behind them raised voice requesting manager after cashier ignored customers request for manager – another black/mulatto entered store when white man raised voice requesting manager asking customer if he wanted to go outside wherein customer asked if he was threatening him wherein black/mulatto left when manager requested he leave.
   stay td – they just can’t take responsibility in a civilized society without attempting to project dominance and/or pestilence rather civility and fairness
   stay tuned – yesterday was your easy day until the senate obtains 6 republican seats in November 2014
