We asked Judge Reid, she did not agree to accept phone testimony. Witnesses have to be in court for trial. I am willing to pay for Sampson, Arpaio and Zullo to fly to Indiana, even though Arpaio collected reported $7 million and does not need me to pull money from my retirement account

Joan is right. How about a motion to compel Sampson to be available by phone from 10-12 on the day of trial. I’m sure that Judge in Indiana would agree if you can guarantee that you have personal knowledge that Sampson will not appear. |
Very important update. Today on Peter Boyle show in CO John Sampson admitted that Arpaio told him not to show up in court in Indiana, and he, Zullo and Arpaio made a deal not to show up in court and not to testify!!!This means that three of them made a deal not to comply with court subpoenas 14 View Post

It appears somebody from up above, is pulling a lot of strings to keep some, if not all your witnesses from Testifying in Indiana on October 22nd, in the State if Indiana.
Anybody have any idea who has the most to lose if all of Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.’s Testify in Court on October 22nd in the State of Indiana.
I do, it AIN’T hard to figure that out.

I did hear Sampson say Arpio asked him not to testify due to the fact “they have an ongoing investigation.” It sounds like Sampson is afraid he will be required to answer other questions once put on the witness stand. So what! Just tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may.

he is allowed to state that he cannot respond to a specific question due to anongoing investigation
