As you know, I served Attorney General of Hawaii, who represents director of Health, Loretta Fuddy with a second subpoena. The second subpoena is signed by the clerk of the court. So far I did not hear from them.
Yesterday I called the office of Attorney General of Hawaii and asked to talk to the deputy attorney general Jill T. Nagamine at 808-587-3050, who is in charge of the case. I left a message for her and let her know, that I need to make arrangements, to fly to HI, my experts need to fly to HI. I need to know, if her client, director of Health Department of Hawaii, Loretta Fuddy, will comply with the second subpoena, which is signed by the clerk of the court. I need to know that before I go through the expense of paying for the air fare and hotel rooms. I asked her to get back with me at her earliest convenience.
Citizens are allowed to call the office of the Attorney General and talk to the deputy Attorney General Nagamine. They are allowed to call the director of health department of Hawaii Loretta Fuddy and urge her to comply with a subpoena. They are public servants, your taxes are paying their salaries and they owe you respect and honesty. You can let both of them know, that their prior response to the first, attorney issued subpoena, was absolutely an embarassement and an insult to intellligence of each and every American citizen and an embarrassment to the system of law and justice around the world. How can Deputy attorney general of Hawaii, Jill Nagamine, a lawyer, and her client, director of Health, state that they refuse to allow the inspection of the original birth certificate for Obama due to privacy consideration, when Obama already released a copy, which is posted on the WhiteHouse.gov. Both of these women are acting in an utterly obnoxious manner. They are treating each and every American citizen as a complete idiot. Just as you are allowed to call the Congress and the president and you are allowed to tell them, that you want them not to raise the debt ceiling and stop funneling billions of dollars to their friends and cronies and benefactors, you are also allowed to call the Director of Health of Hawaii and the Attorney General of Hawaii and the registrar of Hawaii and the Governor of Hawaii and let them know, that if they do not comply with the subpoena and don’t allow the access to the document in question, they become complicit to all the crimes committed by Obama, they become complicit to forgery, to uttering of forged documents, to Social Security fraud and elections fraud. They become accomplices after the fact, they become complicit to cover up and to misprision of multiple felonies. It is their duty comply with the subpoena and allow me and my experts to inspect the original of the document, that is already public and where the consideration of privacy is no longer at issue.

Dear Orly,
a few weeks ago Canada Free Press opined that Obama would RESIGN before the 2012 election, due to ineligibility.
With the current headlines from Drudge, one could EASILY imagine his resigning due to inability to handle stress or think rationally to which the headlines below will attest.
If he does resign shortly, his ineligibility, fraud, deceit, and forgery should STILL be revealed and prosecuted.

I have been wondering about this. How can they refuse a “court ordered” subpoena?
Someone on another thread said you needed a court ordered subpoena from a HI court, not a DC court. Is that true???

It is 6:47 eastern time. I just called nagamine’s office. I expressed the staffer that AG Nagamine needs to get back to Orly Taitz as to when she can see them and the bc. I said I was expressly calling to let them know that millions of Americans are watching these events. I got hung up on after I was told that I could send by statement by mail. I immediately called back. Another staffer answered. She was nicer. I told her I was a taxpayer from the mainland who paid her salary and it was rude for the previous staffer to hang up. I again stated that I was calling from the State of CT on the mainland to let them know that millions of Americans are watching their actions. They need to get back to Dr. Taitz about arrangements for the meeting to see the bc. If there is none, they need to get that out in the open. I then said Mr. Obama brought this on himself by showing a bc that in fact proved he is not eligible for POTUS because his father was not a US Citizen and that Mr. Obama could go to jail because of it. She thanked me and hung up.
They need to know that we are watching. So please everybody call.

Perhaps Hawaii is saying that they cannot show the original certficate, because the one being posted is not an official Hawaii document, so they cannot verify it. Perhaps ask them what is their protocol for verifying an internet posted document. What is their protocol if a university contacts them, wanting verification of a birth certificate. If they refuse to verify, then we can only assume the posted document is false. It is unsubstantiated, and the state is required to substantiate one of their official documents.

Orly, maybe you could institute EligibilityCheck….as an opposition to phony Factcheck. You could post documents provided by candidates in the last election, and post the lawsuits and their status throughout the nation, post historic elections and eligibility documents. Define “Natural Born Citizen” and show who has qualified and who has not. Position yourself as the EligibilityCheck official, since there is none, and simply take the same stand as Factcheck. You are every bit as eligible as they are to define documents and eligibility, and even moreso, since you are a lawyer.
List all the legal challenges and their status, showing no court decision as qualified Obama, and court cases are not allowed to enter the court.
Make it an eligibility issue, not a political party issue. Take the focus off Obama and put it on the political parties running their candidates.
They are the real problem, and they have maneuvered themselves above the laws and both parties know what is going on with Obama. They simply view him as irrelevant and a means to an end. Keep attention on Obama, while they maneuver in the background.
Maybe making this about eligibility and documents and Obama will be judged as are Palin, Bachman, McCain, Bush, etc. Show this is far beyond racial or political, but all about the Constitution and a land of laws, not of majority rules, or power rules.

You can refuse a court ordered subpoena if the issuing court does not have jurisdiction, e.g., a DC court-issued subpoena for documents in HI.
Contrast that a DC court-issued subpoena for testimony at trial is valid in HI.
Civil Procedure is not exciting, but if you don’t get it right, you don’t get anything.

Let’s be making phone calls, friends and supporters of Orly. Her wish should be our command. She is not fighting just for her own freedoms; she is fighting for ALL of our freedoms. Do whatever you can to help. deputy attorney general Jill T. Nagamine at 808-587-3050. The American people want the original of what Obama made public on April 27, examined by Orly and her expert; there is NO privacy issue, under these circumstances. Tell her to obey the subpoena, let Orly know she is going to co-operate with the subpoena, so Orly and expert can book their flights. The ball is in our court now. Get busy!!

Today I called and asked to speak to Dep AG Nagamine and was told she was currently on leave, but I could leave a message, which I did. I identified myself, and stated that I was calling from Oregon. I left her an extensive message explaining no privacy issue exists, and I, as well as millions of other Americans want to know if the document Obama posted on the .gov site matches what they are holding, and that she should respond to Orly’s requests asking if Loretta Fuddy was going to honor this subpoena, so Orly and her expert could book their flights to HI to examine, copy, and test the original typewritten LFBC of Obama that they hold as the court has ordered. I added that their ‘stonewalling’ on this issue sends the message to me, and the majority of Americans, that they have something to hide, and we have the right to know, those of us who question Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS, if the document they hold does indeed match what was posted online, or does not. I was told Nagamine would be given my message when she returned. I should have asked when that would be. Maybe somebody else who calls will get that info for us.

Loretta Fuddy was the ONLY person killed out of 6 people in a plane crash just off the waters of the Hawaiian Islands, about two hours ago…just sayin…
