Update on ObamaForgeryGate in MS and GA

I was on the phone with four different clerks and the sheriffs department in the First Circuit court in Jackson MS. . They are still trying to find my letter and checks for the additional $120 filing fee and the checks to the sheriffs department for the service of process.

Apparently they have one mail room for the circuit court, county court and the sheriff’s department.

I talked to the clerks of both courts, sheriffs department and I left a message at 601-714-6333 Tabitha Ward, manager of the mail room.

I am waiting for the mailroom to forward my check for additional $120, that I paid on top of the $300 bond, to be forwarded to the clerk of the Circuit Court.

2. I am waiting for the clerk of the Circuit Court to forward my 2 checks  and summons, cover sheet and pleadings to the sheriffs’ department to serve the 2 defendants

3. I am waiting for a letter from judge R. Kenneth Coleman to advise me, where the case will be held. A this point nobody has a clue, where it will be held.

I filed in Jackson MS Circuit Court. It was originally assigned to judge Gowan. He forwarded it to the Supreme Court.

The clerk of the Circuit Court hand carried the pleadings to the Secretary of State and the Supreme Sourt.

The chief justice of the Supreme Court  appointed judge Coleman, who is a retired senior judge in New Albany, MS (2 or 3 hours away from Jackson, MS) to be the special judge on the case.

I am trying to find out, whetre the proceedings will be held:

a. in the First Circuit court in Jackson, MS

b.  in the Supreme  Court or

c. in New Albany MS

I called the First Cicuit court 601-968-6628 clerk Zack Wallace, he does not know

I called 601-359-3694 clerk of the court, they told me to talk to the First Circuit court.

I called the First Circuit court again 601-968-6656  and talked to Anna Livingston, staff attorney for judge Gowan, who originally got the case. I asked, where is the file of the case, where will it be heard. She doesn’t know.

I really need help of my supporters in MS to speed up the process, help me with logistics.

We have 50 states to take care of, I can’t be mired in logistics in one case in one state for so long, I really need my supporters to help with this, as I will end up with a heart attack and will not be able to finish the job and send the criminal usurper and his accomplices to prison, where they belong.

Additionally, I still need your assistance in getting the certified file from Farrar v Obama and sending it to remaining 49 Secretaries of  State and 49 election boards with a demand to remove Obama from the ballot immediately and sending this to 49 remaining Attorney Generals with a demand for immediate criminal prosecution of Obama and his accomplices for elections fraud, use of a forged birth certificate and use of a stolen Social Security number.

    Sounds like you’re getting the run-around again to me. Oh wait, I forgot! They are getting paid with the peoples’ tax money.

    I’ll just chalk it up to incompetence for now.

    I talked to Anna Livingston this am, she tried to give me some attitude but I got right back in her face.
