Update on Napa county: 1/3 of the ballots were not reported yet. They expect to report these next Tuesday. Manual count is today
Posted on | June 20, 2012 | No Comments
I got a call from John Tuteur, registrar of Napa county:
1. he stated that they are reporting only the election night totals. 1/3 of the ballots ot 11.000 ballots received from June 2 until June 5th will be counted and reported next week
2. They use Dominion voting machines and Dominion ballot counting scanners. dominion is a foreign corporation. As I reported before Dominion bought Sequoia machines, which were previously owned by Smartmatic, another foreign corporation. Smartmatic still owns the intellectual rights to the software. American citizens have no rights of access to the software. As I reported before the president of Smartmatic is Antonio Mujica, citizen of both Spain and Venezuela and co-owner together with Hugo Shavez of Bizta, Venezuellan elections software and hardware company.
3. Even though my staff sent letters to registrars last Tuesday, they were received only today. Mandatory manual count of 1% of the votes will be conducted today within hours. If any of you can make it, please visit the registrars office and observe
the questions to ask:
a. can you pick randomly ballots for verification
b. how do they verify that the voters are eligible? This is important as we get information of 100 years old and 200 year olds voting, illegal aliens voting and individuals voting in multiple states
