Update on Criminal investigation of Obama in TX

Posted on | May 1, 2009 | 3 Comments

I have talked to the office of Governor Perry 512-463-2000. They referred me to his chief legal counsel, Mr. David Cabrales, ESQ.

I have left a message for him and sent via Certified Mail, return Receipt  a copy of the criminal complaint sent to the US attorney for the Eastern district of Texas  Rebecca A Gregory.

I would ask all the patriots in TX to follow up with the office of governor Rick Perry and his chief counsel. Obama is not above the law. Officer Dischler had agreed to investigate him for forgery of documents provided to the citizens via Internet and  perjury, as Obama campaigned in Beaumont TX. In TX forgery is punishable by up to 10 years in jail. Two counts is up to 20 years (according to experts both Certification of live birth he posted on the Internet and Selective Service Certificate bear signs of forgery). According to reporter Jennifer Johnson (see article in the previous post) the chief of police of Beaumont TX, Chief Frank Coffin, told officer Dischler not to investigate Obama because it is political and threatened the officer, that he (chief) might investigate the officer.  Please make sure Governor Perry follows the law and announces investigation of both Obama and chief of Beaumont police Frank Coffin.

On March 11th I mailed (certified) Governor Perry a packet of information regarding Obama’s ineligibility. I also followed up with an email letter. At another time I contacted our Attorney General. I will again contact them again. I will also contact Chief Frank Coffin as well and remind him that NO ONE is above the law, nor above being investigated, including him. The audacity of Frank Coffin!
