Update on Article2superpac

I have more important things to do, than waste my time with Article2superpac handful of bloggers, however, they issued a big statement accusing me, while I provided 2 simple facts, which cannot be refuted by anyone.
They advertised on many bloggers, that attorney Larry Klayman agreed to represent clients in 2 state:s in CA and FL. They stated that Klayman will be a counsel in a case, which was filed pro se by Pamela Barnett, Ed Noonen, Gary Wilmott, George Miller. None of these people are licensed in CA as an attorney. Article2Superpac advertises on it’s website, that Garry Wilmott is a JD, but I previously wrote that he never passed the bar exam and he is not a licensed attorney.
Recently I pointed out a simple fact, that Larry Klayman is not licensed to practice law in the state of California. This is a true and correct statement. Anyone can go on the website of the CA Bar and verify those facts.
Additionally solicitations were sent, they had a logo of the Article2Superpac asking people to donate $25,000 for attorney Larry Klayman to file those 2 cases in Florida and California to be filed within 1 week by February 17 deadline. Many of those solicitations stated “it is now or never”. I pointed out that there were no law suits filed by attorney Larry Klayman by February 17, as promised. This is a true and correct statement, that cannot be disputed by anyone.
Article2superpac issued a clarification, that the donations made for those 2 law suits, that were supposed to be filed by February 17 by
attorney Klayman, will be refunded. This is a step in the right direction. They are still attacking me, saying that the refund will be done out; of goodness of their heart, however this offer of refund came as a result of my article with true simple facts, which wee exposed by me
a. that attorney Klayman is not licensed in California
b. that he did not file the 2 lawsuits by the deadline of February 17.
Article2superpac also clarified, that the money, that people donated for law suits did not go to the pac, but to their legal fund. What they are saying, is that they, as a superpac, donate only to education and this is reported and expenditures are disclosed. What you donate to lawsuits, goes to their offshoot Article2superpac legal fund. Apparently there is no disclosure in regards to their legal fund. They did not disclose, who is on the board of this article2 legal fund, how much of the $25,000 was actually received, who got this money and what did this person/persons do with it. I got a phone call from George Miller, who stated that attorney Klayman was not paid, because they did not collect nearly $25,000, that attorney Larry Klayman demanded as a precondition of a deposit for filing any eligibility lawsuits. George Miller did not disclose to me, how much was collected for those law suits and what was done with this money.
Lastly, a number of individuals, who are on the board of the article2Superpac or people who promote Article2Superpac and work with them wrote highly defamatory statements about me. Those statements were made in writing and sent via mass e-mails by Helen Tansey, director of Article@Superpac, Dean Haskins, who is advertising Art2Superpac and worked with Tansey in GA and others. This was done, even though I did over 90% of the work in eligibility cases for the last 4 years. At the same time they were advertising the most limited cases, which are based only on the fact, that Obama’s father was not a US citizen. Those cases were brought by attorneys Hatfield, Irion, and by people, who are not licensed attorneys, like Barnett, Wilmott, Miller and a couple of others. My point is, that if a judge says, that he follows a precedent of Wong Kim Ark, all of these lawsuits will be in the toilet immediately, as there is nothing else there. If I were Obama, I would love to have all lawsuits limited to that, as those are the easiest to throw out of court.
My lawsuits are based on multiple factors, which include Obama’s use of a forged birth certificate, stolen Social Secrity number, last name, which is not legally his. . The fathers’s citizenship is only one aspect.
What I am saying, is that if you are supporting my work and donating to my work, you are supporting cases, which have much more meat, than all of the cases promoted by Article2Superpac and their legal fund, that with me you are donating to the work of a licensed attorney, who has a track record of nearly 4 years of a true devotion and 24/7/365 work for this cause.

But the case of Wong Kim Ark versus USA doesn’t state that Wong Kim Ark was a natural born citizen, or have I missed something.

most judges go by Wong Kim Ark, regardless of what we say about it. That is why it is important to bring other evidence too

Orly: I think that Gary Kreep might be sponsoring the pro hac vice application for Larry Klayman to run the CA lawsuit with Capt. Barnett and others. I think that this whole Article2 stuff might be an attempt by obots to hijack the movement away from you, who has the most explosive evidence, and instead focus it on the non-winning minor v happerset argument.

I say hang in there Orly you are a true patriot . And because of your never give up attitude you show what the American people use to be like and still can be . As any good warrior knows one battle dose not always win the war . No one said it was going to be easy to remove this fraud obama from our White House there are to many people in high places that helped this fraud obama .

I am not against bringing forth all the truth about Obama but regardless of what judges go by, there is nothing in the case of Wong Kim Ark that proves Obama to be a natural born citizen. Even the Wikipedia article doesn’t mention the term natural born citizen; it is only in footnote quotes from the Naturalization Act of 1790 and the case Lynch versus Clarke. The thugs at Wikipedia are playing as smart as they can but they are not telling the whole truth.

Dear Orly,
In Dean Haskin’s 2/21/2012 announcement that the BIRTHER SUMMIT has been postponed indefinitely he blames and vilifies you et al who support you. Dispicable and pathetic, to put it nicely.
Addionally, since the “BIRTHER SUMMIT” is now legally in “Breach Of Contract” vis-a-vis having demanded and collected a registration fee for a specific event on a specific date which is now postponed indefinitely, I wonder what unemployed musician Dean Haskin’s will do if/when someone requests a refund of their registration fee?

The problem I allege is there are too many ‘wannabees’ in this picture, those ‘wannabees,’ apparently with shallow lives, so they may think of themselves, as they work for others. These same people have grandiose ideas and/or hopes and dreams, needing to be important people, or they may be lusting to have their face(s) in the spotlight, and using this fight as a way to project themselves. However through all of this, they need to learn, no one with good sense, those who have been paying close attention would buy into them. They need a source, and here enters the most courageous person of them all; Dr. Orly Taitz, who is everything they could never be. She is courageous and sacrificial, dedicating her life to do what is right [without pay], and seeking justice that no one else cared to attempt. However in the background, those who want to latch on to name and fame, in order to promote themselves through their unorganized an unplanned projects of what they think it will take to bring the Usurper down. No one can or will replace Dr. Taitz who is the true patriot here, manifesting her tireless efforts, as most of those mentioned here are just too lazy. Most mentioned here, want others to do their work for them, and seek them out without recognizing who is doing what.
They are the type, who have possibly failed elsewhere or their power has slipped. Possibly, they are now looking for another opportunity to be important instead of helping.
What they are not doing is helping the cause, folks. Apparently, they only want to help themselves. Now who does that sound like? It looks as if, they have learned a method to seek fame, and/or make money either through the donations, or some business adventure. As this fight for justice continually breeds those evil tentacles from many who are sucking out avenues for those self-serving hidden agendas.
Now when they are called on the carpet for what they are saying, they then defend their deceptive practices and actions by calling; ‘the kettle black.’ I say, “Look in the mirror!” They are the ones causing the problem, but will never admitted it.
I am glad that Gary Wilmott’s occupation has been given some clarity here. He is a paralegal, [look it up on line], and in the past has tried in conversation to boost his occupation to be more than it is, but what the heck. We know Dean Haskins has the same ‘short man complex,’ as he bullies people when they disagree with him, and considering where he came from; the biggest bully of them all; Doug Schell, there is no wonder. Doug’s group allegedly arose from the ashes of; Phil Berg and his assistant who suggested to launch writing the electors in his ‘Democratic Disaster’s project, whereby he was soliciting and/or intimidating those to write letters to the electoral colleges many times and throughout the US. I say, ‘follow the trail,’ from Dean’s beginning and his attacks to where he learned to use these tactics, but of course this is just a hypothetical guess, and my most humble alleged opinion.
