Update. Corruption in the state of HI does not know limits

I just arrived in HI and checked my e-mails. Deputy attorney general Nagamine represents a pinnacle of corruption of a governmental official. Not only she refuses to comply with the subpoena, but she claims that my demand for the original birth certificate is frivolous and that the judge should charge me the cost of all the hearings and deem me a vexatious litigant, not allowed to bring any more actions in HI without leave of court.
She completely disregarded the fact, that judge Malihi ordered Obama to stand trial on January 26 and prove his eligibility, that eligibility is the essence of the case and the birth certificate is the most important evidence . The level of corruption in the state of HI is unprecedented in human history. Don’t forget that the husband of this attorney is a family attorney for Obama’s family and he handled Obama’s sister’s divorce from her first husband.
I really hope that the judge will show integrity and will not be a part of this corrupt establishment. This remains to be seen.
All I know, that during Watergate a number of top governmental officials went to prison, among them attorney General of the U.S. and White House counsel. What Nagamine does is criminal, it is a violation of the civil rights of my clients and my civil rights under a color of authority. She is using a color of authority, her position as the deputy attorney general to cover up forgery, elections fraud, obstruct justice and on top of that she is harassing me and attempting to intimidate me under the color of authority.
This woman belongs in prison for what she is doing to me, to my clients and to the whole country.
She belongs in prison together with Obama and Fuddy and a number of others. This regime will not last forever. These people will be prosecuted. It remains to be seen on which side of history the judge will be: will the judge aid and abet this forgery and obstruct justice or will she uphold the law and the constitution and will fight crime in the White House and in the office of Attorney General of Hawaii.
You can see how much stress I have to withstand, you can see the financial threats that are applied towards me by corrupt officials of Obama regime. I was up from 4 am CA time It is 12:30 HI time or 2:30 am Ca time. It is nearly unbearable to withstand all of this stress of this criminal regime.

What you say is the truth. I lived in Hawaii for three years, deeply entrenched in the legal system, and it is the most corrupt and racist state in the US. The twist? The darker you are the more accepted you are. It’s not uncommon for a local to run a white person off the road just because they are white. This attitude also extends to professional situations and even schools. Unfortunately, you are the embodiment of everything they despise. Nobody will help you unless you find an ‘outsider.’ The Hawaiians have decided to take on Obama as their ‘native son’ and will protect him to their own detriment.

The people like attorney general Nagamine can resist all they want but it really comes down to having a judge who will stand for law. Judges are in new territory here and few who do follow the law don’t want to face the backlash from the establishment if they go against Obama. First off let me say to the first commenter Lapane you should not be so rude to someone who is fervently fighting to preserve your constitutional rights to publicly demonstrate how ignorant you are. Frankly I’m surprised Orly even allowed your comment. Like many deluded Americans who fail to realize the danger of unleashing a demigod from the constraints of the constitution, you need to wake up and realize before it’s too late, that one can either support the constitution or support the usurper Obama, who based on his socialist political proclivities poses clear and present danger the survival of our constitutional republic.
Now on to my question for the good Dr. Taitz.

Why is the birth certificate is the most important evidence when Article 2, Section 1, of the constitution requires that Obama be a natural born citizen, defined as one born in the USA of TWO citizen parents?
The Article 2, Section 1, exemption from being a natural born citizen, “or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption” clearly indicated a natural born citizen and a citizen are not the same or no exemption was needed.
If they are not the same or equal, then a NBC must be greater than or less than a citizen. If being a citizen is a component of a NBC, then a NBC can not be less than a citizen. If a NBC is not equal to nor less than a citizen, then the only remaining possibility is that a natural born citizen must be greater than a citizen.
The minimal requirement for citizenship at the time was one born in the USA to at least one citizen parent. (Citizenship at that time also generally followed that of the father.)
Therefore according to a logical reading of Article 2, Section 1, of the constitution, a natural born citizen being not less than nor equal to a citizen meeting the minimal requirements at the time, must be one born in the USA of TWO citizen parents!
This was confirmed by; the 3rd Congress, “An act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization; and to repeal the act heretofore passed on that subject,” 1/29/1795; 14th Amendment framer Rep. John Bingham; Supreme Court rulings in Minor v. Happersett, 1874 and U.S. v Wong Kim Ark, 1898; Senate Res. 511, 4/3/08; and expert opinion of constitutional scholars such as Dr. Herb Titus.
Even assuming Obama was born in HI despite allegations by numerous experts that his birth certificate and social security number are fraudulent, Obama’s purported birth certificate indicates his father was Kenyan, which precludes his being a natural born citizen in violation of Article 2, Section , of the constitution!
So please help me understand why do you feel “the birth certificate is the most important evidence” and for that matter, if the court properly comports with the constitution as the supreme law of the land, the Congress and Supreme Court rulings, why do you even need the birth certificate to prove Obama is not eligible to be on the 2012 GA ballot and in fact under the law should be immediately deposed?

Thank you for everything that you have done in defense of liberty, justice, and the American principle that no man is above the law. Please don’t give up, know that a great many in this country fully support you, and that we fervently believe that this cause will prevail eventually.
It may help you to relieve stress if you simply presume corruption on the part of the judiciary in Hawaii. I know this is cynical, but the facts support this conclusion. At some point in the future, these individuals will need to come to terms with their actions and accept that they have discarded their honor, integrity, and self respect.

Question now is: Will Judge Malihi issue arrest warrents for Fuddy and Nagamine for contempt of court for failure to honor his subpoena’s? Van Irion of Legal Liberty Foundation told Sharon Rondeau of Post&Email that Judge Malihi had the power to do that. I SURE HOPE HE DOES! He has issued ALL those subpoena’s to government officials in Georgia to produce documents with any used names of Obama, from Soetoro to Soebarkah, he seems like a Judge who doesn’t mess around. Lapne, it is sad you are not able to recognize the three main issues here. First Dr. Taitz has every right to pursue justice in a court of law. Second, She has just as much right as you to first amendment exercise. Third and probably the most important, she is enduring an unimaginable amount of caricature from people exercising their rights and yet not one individual has had half the character to provide the indisputable evidence she is seeking.
A smackdown? Maybe… but it will only strengthen the position that we all live under a cloak of corruption. One can only make every effort to seek truth.

“lapane’s” disposition is a result of poor parenting. Raised in a world that ignorance trumps bravery….
Adolescents naturally, yet innocently have these traits…Until at which time if and when they mature.
In adulthood and lacking maturity as a result of poor parenting it is common for people like “Lapane” to lash out in attempt to justify ignorance, so as to avoid straying from the path of least resistance. To stray would mean “Lapane” would have to confront bravery and he has just not the upbringing to do so.

Judge Nishimura seemed to miss the statutes dealing with out of state subpoenas. She can sign a local subpoena, but so far she is not doing it. feds could prosecute Nagamine and Fuddy, but think who the feds are working for. Maybe, if Romney becomes the president and/or Republicans will take the Senate, some of these people will be prosecuted, but with all of the corruption in elections, you just don’t know

In which case Judge Malihi has the authority to order the Georgia SOS to remove the big zero from the Georgia ballot and hold him in contempt until such time as zero appears before him does what he is told to do. Super Tuesday is far enough away that zero can be made to comply or else, his choice. Georgia ain’t in Chicago or Honolulu.
