Today there were 2 deadlines for the Attorney General of Hawaii to file an opposition to subpoena or a motion to quash subpoena. According to the certified mail receipt they received my subpoena on 07.11.2011 and they received the motion to compel from DC on the same day. They had 2 weeks to file an opposition or a motion to quash the subpoena. Nothing was filed in my case in DC. I searched the electronic records in Hawaii, no opposition filed. Technically they are out of time. I called Hi dep atty Gen Nagamine, asked for her to contact me, however I got no answer from her.

It is no coincidence that Congress is rendering Soetoro aka Obama irrelevant, while simultaneously, you are closing in for the kill. I believe that Congress, et al, cannot let you be the driving force that brings down the usurper. If they allow you to be the “tip of the spear” then they lose all relevance, credibility, and legitimacy as a lawful governing body. Yet, it is imperative that you do JUST THAT! This swamp of thieves, liars and perverts MUST BE CLEANED OUT!! It is my fervent hope that-once Congress is exposed for the self-aggrandizing malefactors that they are- the American people will then turn their righteous indignation and rage against the United States Supreme Court for allowing this travesty, this grotesque charade, to ever happen in the first place. There are two imposters sitting on that bench who should rightfully be in handcuffs and behind bars, yet John Roberts did and does nothing. Clarence Thomas simply laughs and dismisses. Scalia…for God’s sake! Scalia! turns and looks the other way! This is unconscionable. Any day now…

Orly, they can’t answer the subpoena because their leader is too busy to give them directions.You know he can’t mess with something silly like a birth certificate right now!
He has been so preoccupied with getting ready for his big birthday party, and then there’s that pesky thing about the debt ceiling and those darn republicans. Geeeeez! I think he may have even missed his golf game yesterday, so his panties are probably in such a twist! Why he may even have to miss his weekly Wednesday party! And we all know he gets so cranky, when he can’t hang out with his celebrity buddies and brown-nosing snobs.
What is a poor, misunderstood communist supposed to do when everything is going wrong? If only he had a diversion!
I know! He could send our Navy SEAL team to go capture that horrible international criminal and his ultimate nemesis, GEORGE BUSH! It must all be his fault!!

Atty. Gen. Nagamine is like a deer caught in the road. She’s shocked and didn’t know what to do, so she fled the island. When people are so incompetent and lazy, they couldn’t make it in the private sector, they work for the government. Now Orly is going to go after them.

At the very heart of this fiasco in Hawaii is Gov. Neil Abercrombie. He knows that there is no LFBC, and even admitted as much last January when he went looking to “torpedo the birthers, once and for all”, only to come up empty handed. I say subpoena him and see what kind of s%#@ hits the fan when you do. He can, with one phone call, order both the Attorney Generals office and the Dept. of Health to comply on Aug. 8th.

You really need to find out if the Local Sheriff is a Republican or Democrat (although it shouldn’t matter in the least) and start working through them. He is an elected official and Gov. Abercrombie has no authority over him. It probably wouldn’t hurt to have Doug Vogt file his complaint through the Sheriff’s office as well. This takes things through a separate chain of command than say State Police and National Guard who work for the Gov.

Do you think Loretta Fuddy is ignoring your subpeena because you did not serve it on her personally?
I just Googled service of subpeenas and it says that have to be personally served EVEN IF THE WITNESS IS REPRESENTED BY A COUNSEL.
Can you serve it on Fuddy personally?
