Attorney Taitz traveled today to Stamford, CT, to the regional Social Security administration office, where the CT Social Security number 042-68-4425, fraudulently used by Obama, was issued
Taitz met with Representative Madeline Mercado, Assistant Manager Mrs. Sheridan (she refused to give her first name) and General Manager Mrs. Booker (she refused to give her first name).
Taitz provided them with a printout of the 2009 tax returns of Obama which he originally posted without flattening the PDF file and with a full unredacted Social Security number, as well as a printout of of the E-Verify and SSNVS reports, showing that the number used by Obama was never assigned to him. She also advised them that according to multiple databases this number was issued in their office in and around March 28 1977 to Harry J. Bounel born in 1890. Taitz demanded criminal investigation and a ruling showing Bounel to be deceased and the number inactive and therefore the application available for release to the public. While Taitz waited, Ms. Booker and Ms. Sheridan contacted Washington DC.
Ms. Sheridan advised Taitz that she will be contacted by an employee in Washington DC, who will be handling this.
Taitz will provide more details at a later time. She is currently in the airport and cannot provide more details.

Wow. All the truths about the tangled webs of corruption that we call “America” has really got me down. This morning I attended a town hall meeting held by my Colorado representative Cory Gardner who I supported for his first term. I stated: “he (Gardner) took an oath of office to uphold the Constitution; we have a president with a questionable birth certificate, stolen SS #, forged selective service card, and questionable school documents. These are felonies and impeachable. Why won’t republicans do anything?” Mr. Gardner turned away from me and gave the standard republican response: “I believe Obama is a citizen and is eligible to be president and it is foolish to waste valuable time on this issue.” Naturally I wasn’t allowed any more time to say I thought this is treason and and they are traitors. This is a republican dominated district so I’m sure low information voters will re-elect this low-life. I just hope more individuals will confront their Representatives and Senators while they are home on this break holding meetings. So, just for spite I’m sending another $100. Keep up the fight.

It has been my experience that whenever records are sealed or otherwise unavailable, legwork and personal interactions will carry the day. The same goes for investigating criminal activities. While being trained, I learned the critical importance of using HUMINT (gathering intelligence through interpersonal contact) as an investigative tool. I have successfully employed the method to determine the identities of “long lost” and generally thought “impossible to ascertain” birth parents. All of the adoptees I have helped were in their thirties or older, making it all the more fun and challenging. So far, I have been successful in every case. I never charge for the service, it is a hobby and my way of keeping my investigative skills razor sharp. There is great satisfaction to be had in successfully completing such endeavors and reuniting families. I have employed the same methods to track down and capture some of the most elusive fugitives. One case I enjoyed taking on was that of an individual who had skipped bond on charges of murder, interstate transportation of stolen motor vehicles, and operating a chop shop who erroneously thought that by hiding out on the island of Grenada for a few years on his way to his ultimate destination of Cuba, he could not be found. What he did not know was that some of my associates were posing as tourists on Grenada and collecting intel in preparation for Operation Urgent Fury and they had spoken with him, surreptitiously photographed him, knew his true identity, and knew exactly where he was living….To this day I maintain numerous invaluable strategic connections throughout the world. (The collection of important intelligence is seldom accomplished via technological means, it is collected by individuals stationed in every little nook and cranny of the globe and some of the information is available to anyone….https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/) It is, indeed, a small world…At this moment, a prominent and highly skilled professional geneaologist is carefully researching the family history of a certain person of interest. The researcher’s preliminary findings do not match the claimed ancestry of the person of interest and the findings are literally the stuff future international headlines will be made of….

This is incredibly courageous for Attorney Taitz. I wish she had an unknown address because I fear for her safety. Also, given Eric Holder is the Attorney General, I am not holding much hope of this going much further. However, your glory days will come after the fraud-in-chief is ousted from office or he dies in office (because I suspect he will create such chaos in the next couple of years, he will declared military rule). He has that power constitutionally, which is what frightens me to no end. However, the day will come when the truth will be made known, and, funny, but half the population will have known it all along. It will be unbelievable that such a fraudulent act could have perpetrated on such an “educated” society, but then, we say that about Nazi Germany, don’t we. (Actually, I think, the bigger the fraud, the harder it is to reveal it!)

John Brennan Involved in Obama Passport Breach
Quid pro quo?
If you recall, during the presidential election, I ran a number of stories on the passport breach of Obama’s passport at the Department of State.
It bears noting that John O. Brennan, Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Adviser for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, who made those recent incredible pro-terror remarks, some in Arabic no less, about the beauty of jihad, was connected with the tampering with Obama’s passport.
Back in March 2008, the State Department launched an investigation of improper computer access to passport records of Barack Hussein Obama. The investigation was focusing on one employee — a contract worker with a company headed by an adviser to the presidential campaign of Sen. Barack Obama (more here at The Washington Times).
Obama said at the time:
In Portland, Ore., Mr. Obama said the series of attempts to “tap into people’s personal records” were “a problem not just for me but for how our government functions.”
Laughable, considering how intrusive his administration has been and continues to be in accessing private information.
Officials do not know whether information was improperly copied, altered or removed from the database during the intrusions.

“As soon as we realized that there were these unauthorized accesses for Senator Obama’s passport files, we collected the information, we briefed the secretary, we briefed Senator Obama’s staff, all before we ever replied to the reporter,” Mr. McCormack said.
You will also recall that the key witness in the presidential Passport tampering case was murdered. Shot in the head, in his car, in front of his church.

WASHINGTON (CNN) — The CEO of a company whose employee is accused of improperly looking at the passport files of presidential candidates is a consultant to the Barack Obama campaign, a source said Saturday.
John O. Brennan, president and CEO of the Analysis Corp., advises the Illinois Democrat on foreign policy and intelligence issues, the source said.
Brennan briefed the media on behalf of the campaign this month.
The executive is a former senior CIA official and former interim director of the National Counterterrorism Center.
He contributed $2,300 to the Obama campaign in January…
Back in March 2008, State Department employees had tampered with the passport files of Barack Obama.
At the time, “State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said the violations of McCain and Clinton’s passport files were not discovered until Friday, after officials were made aware of the unauthorized access of Obama’s records and a separate search was conducted”.
The incidents raise questions as to whether the information was accessed for political purposes and why two contractors involved in the Obama search were dismissed before investigators had a chance to interview them.
I always thought they rifled through Clinton’s and McCain’s files to make it look as if it was all three, but it was Obama’s passport records that they accessed. Secondarily, almost as an afterthought, there were “violations” concerning Clinton and McCain. But who stood to gain from a tampering, and why?
There is a video here of Obama’s response to the passport “breach” back on March 21, 2008. Watch it — I think it’s telling that he says, not that he has anything to hide: “not because I have any particular concerns” [minute -.23]. This is before the birth certificate question. Who would say that?

On April 8, 2008, Obama confessed to having taken a trip to Pakistan in 1981. Here is what Obama said — Jake Tapper was there:
“So when I speak about having lived in Indonesia for four years, having family that is impoverished in small villages in Africa –knowing the leaders is not important — what I know is the people…I traveled to Pakistan when I was in college — I knew what Sunni and Shia was [sic] before I joined the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.”
Tapper was surprised and said:
This last part — a college trip to Pakistan — was news to many of us who have been following the race closely. And it was odd that we hadn’t hear about it before, given all the talk of Pakistan during this campaign.
Much speculation has been made about what national passport Obama used when he traveled to Pakistan in 1981.
So Obama confessed to this trip two weeks after his passport was tampered with.
Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and ruled of martial law. Millions of Afghan refugees were living in Pakistan, while the Afghan Mujahedeen operated from bases inside Pakistan in their war with the Soviets. One of the leaders that based his operation in Quetta, Pakistan was Usama Bin Laden (The Sheik).
Pakistan was on the banned travel list for US Citizens at the time and all non-Muslim visitors were not welcome unless sponsored by their embassy for official business. (more here)
Key witness in passport fraud case fatally shot Washington Times April 2008
A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.
Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department’s Criminal Investigations Division.
Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car.
Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
City police said they do not know whether his death was a direct result of his cooperation with federal investigators.
“We don’t have any information right now that connects his murder to that case,” Cmdr. Anzallo said.
Police say a “shot spotter” device helped an officer locate Lt. Harris.
A State Department spokeswoman yesterday declined to comment, saying the investigation into the passport fraud is ongoing.
The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agency’s top ranks.
One agency employee, who was not identified in documents filed in U.S. District Court, was implicated in a credit-card fraud scheme after Lt. Harris told federal authorities he obtained “passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State.”

How much – if anything – the 19- or 20-year-old Obama knew about the Afghanistan jihad during that 1981 visit is unclear.
But it’s precisely the shortage of details that worries some, like veteran security analyst Bahukutumbi Raman, a former Indian counterterrorism chief.
Mulling how a President Obama would deal with each of South Asia’s historical foes, Raman said that as an Indian, he naturally felt troubled that Obama had not disclosed the Pakistan visit earlier.
“Why did he keep mum on his visit to Pakistan till this question was raised?” asked Raman, who is the director of India’s Institute for Topical Studies. “Has he disclosed all the details regarding his Pakistan visit? Was it as innocuous as made out by him – to respond to the invitation of a Pakistani friend or was there something more to it?”
Raman continued, “As I read about Obama’s visit to Pakistan in the 1980s, I could not help thinking of dozens of things. Of the Afghan jihad against communism. Of the fascination of many Afro-Americans for the jihad. Of the visits of a stream of Afro-Americans to Pakistan to feel the greatness of the jihad. Of their fascination for Abdullah Azzam …”
Raman said although having such thoughts may seem “morbid,” it was “understandable when one has a feeling that one has not been told the whole story, but only a part of it.”
“It is the right of the Americans to decide who should be their president,” he said. “It is my right to worry about the implications of their decision for the rest of the world, including India.”
The Obama campaign did not respond to an invitation to comment on some of the speculation surrounding the visit to Pakistan or to provide further details about the trip.

According to published reports in Pakistan, Obama in 1981 also stayed at the home of a prominent politician, Ahmad Mian Soomro, in an upscale Karachi suburb, and went on a traditional partridge hunting trip north of Karachi. Soomro’s son, Muhammad Mian Soomro, is a senior politician who served as acting president before the appointment of President Asif Ali Zardari last September.

An embarrassed State Department admitted today that the passport files of all three presidential candidates — Sens. John McCain, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton — have been breached by its employees.
The bombshell announcement came within hours of the admission that Obama’s personal file was improperly accessed several times earlier this year and no one was notified of the breach.
In a rapid series of escalating admissions, State Department Secretary Condoleezza Rice called Obama to apologize. She then had to call Clinton to apologize as well. And by noon, the department held a news conference to concede that McCain’s personal file had also been improperly accessed.
State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said Rice made it clear to the agency’s inspector general that an investigation “is top priority.”
McCormack also said, “We are going to take a look whether there are any systemic issues that need to be looked at.”
McCain, the Republican presumptive nominee, and Obama, who is the Democratic front runner, both released statements calling for a full investigation. McCain said that any violation of passport privacy deserves an apology.
McCormack said that three employees, who were not identified, had been caught peeking at the candidates’ files. All three employees worked for private companies hired by the State Department.

A State Department official confirms that Stanley, Inc., of Arlington, Virginia was one of the two contracting companies that employed two of the three people who were involved in looking up Obama’s records. Those two Stanley employees have been fired.
The third employee not only looked at Obama’s file, but also hacked into McCain’s file. That person has been disciplined, but not fired, McCormack said.
“That individual no longer has access to that kind of information,” McCormack said. He said the agency was “reviewing its options” in regard to the employee.
The passport files would provide basic information like birth dates and background on where candidates have traveled. But the files would also include sensitive information like Social Security numbers, which could be used to track down credit reports and other personal information.
The series of revelations began with a morning news conference where Rice said she phoned Obama to apologize for unauthorized breaches into his personal passport information by three workers at the State Department.
“I told him that I was sorry, and I told him that I myself would be very disturbed if someone looked into my passport file and therefore I will stay on top of it and get to the bottom of it,” Rice said.
Rice expressed concern over the privacy violations as well as the fact that they weren’t reported right away. Rice said the incident “should have been made known to senior management. It was not to my knowledge and we also want to take every step we can to make sure this kind of thing doesn’t happen again.”
Rice said the State Department will launch a full investigation.
That probe immediately turned up the violations of Clinton’s and McCain’s passport files.
McCormack said the three employees involved in the unauthorized looks into Obama’s personal records do not appear to be connected and were in three different passport offices in the Washington, D.C., area.

This morning McCormack said Acting Inspector General Bill Todd has been in touch with the Department of Justice “so they can proceed together” in case the IG’s investigation determines any laws were broken.
Today McCormack said he wasn’t trying to suggest anything other than the initial assessment that the employees were anything other than curious Obama fans but was not dimissive of other possibilities.
The violations took place as long ago as January, though senior staffers at the department said they did not learn about them until Thursday.
McCormack maintains that “the system worked,” but the problem was that “information didn’t flow up and managers didn’t know what happened…the next step was not taken.”
Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton issued a statement Thursday evening referring to the Obama revelation, saying, “This is an outrageous breach of security and privacy, even from an administration that has shown little regard for either over the last eight years. Our government’s duty is to protect the private information of the American people, not use it for political purposes.”
Though they heralded the computer monitoring system installed a few years ago to detect such breaches, senior officials at the State Department were said that they had only learned of the Obama breach from a reporter calling for comment earlier Thursday.

“It should have been passed up the line,” said Undersecretary of State for Management Pat Kennedy. “They failed to pass the information up the chain to a sufficiently high level.”
Kennedy, who learned of the privacy violations from McCormack, briefed Rice Thursday afternoon.
He also called Obama’s Senate office with news of the violations, which took place Jan. 9, Feb. 21 and March 14. No dates were immediately available about when the Clinton and McCain violations occurred.
Kennedy said Rice wanted to make sure that the monitoring system in place to detect such breaches is working properly, and that the matter was investigated thoroughly.
The inspector general will determine why the three employees were accessing the private information of Obama, who lived in Indonesia as a child and traveled to the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe as a U.S. senator.
“They were supposed to use their access for the purposes of the tasks they were assigned,” Kennedy said. “They violated that trust. And they were caught by the monitoring system.”
McCormack and Kennedy said that the three employees had access to the passport database for their jobs and had inappropriately accessed Obama’s information out of nothing more than “inappropriate curiosity.”
But they admitted that assessment was based on nothing more than the reassurances of the employees’ supervisors at the two outside companies. The officials said they don’t know the political affiliations of the individuals.
“When we do background checks, it would be inappropriate to look into the political affiliation of individuals,” Kennedy said. “Now that this has arisen, it has become a germane question i.e., the purpose of why they did this.”
The incident recalls a similar incident during the 1992 campaign when State Department employees were fired for inappropriately accessing then-Gov. Bill Clinton’s passport files to chase down rumors the candidate had renounced his U.S. citizenship during the Vietnam War. A subsequent investigation by an independent counsel found no wrongdoing in that case.

State Department officials didn’t say what was in Obama’s files, but suggested that typically such data would include passport applications.
Neither McCormack nor Kennedy would reveal any details about the contact employees, but senior State Department officials told ABC News they worked in data entry and had been employed by the company for more than a year.

An initial assessment indicated the individuals were not politically connected and there is nothing in their history of background to suggest they are political operatives, the officials said.
According to one official, such breaches have happened several times before with nonpolitical celebrities. On at least two other occasions during the last eight months, contractors were fired for accessing records of Hollywood celebrities, the official said.

Back in March 2008, the State Department launched an investigation of improper computer access to passport records of Barack Hussein Obama. The investigation was focusing on one employee — a contract worker with a company headed by an adviser to the presidential campaign of Sen. Barack Obama (more here at The Washington Times).

Here is the appeal to DOS for Obama’s mother’s passport and consular records. Many hours of research of Department of State and National Archive policies, procedures and history strongly suggests that the federal government agency illegally and intentionally destroyed Obama’s mothers 1965 passport application and possible prior applications in an attempt to cover up Obama’s birth story and whether he is a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution. So, how was this evidence forwarded? To whom was this evidence forwarded to? Who was responsable for the chain of evidence?

You know when Obama began his Illegal presidency he fired all os Bush’s staff and replaced them with all his corrupt friends staff and family. You attempt to hand any sensative information over to Washington you are esencialy giving the information to Obama’s corrupt friends and partners in crime. What makes you think any evidence you turn over to anyone in DC will ever make it farther than the trash!

Perhaps what you are beginning to do is how to approach the whole matter. Since the DOJ is blocking litigation, by going to the individual agencies such as social security and the other relevant agencies, perhaps that will open up a door to have the documents’ veracity challenged. I think this is where you are going with this. So then it makes sense to also go to Selective Service, IRS, etc to help get challenges to the documents.
I just finished viewing a movie “Flash of Genious”. This inventor had his patents stolen by a huge auto maker and he hung in there regardless of what people said. In the end, he won a huge amount in damages. Not that there are damages here, but the idea is that if we hang in, and we have the evidence, eventually there could be victory!

America has fallen away! This ‘usurping’ of the office of the presidency was done by the power of satan, and that was by deceiving the people who support this beast. There is nothing you can do.
