But what about Local Rule 230(g? Have you considered asking for a continuance so you can get more than 20 minutes? “Hearing and Oral Argument. Upon the call of the motion, the Court will hear appropriate and reasonable oral argument. Alternatively, the motion may be submitted upon the record and briefs on file if the parties stipulate thereto, or if the Court so orders, subject to the power of the Court to reopen the matter for further briefs or oral arguments or both. Any party that believes that extended oral argument, more than 10 minutes per side or 20 minutes in the aggregate, will be required shall notify the courtroom deputy clerk so that the hearing may be rescheduled if deemed appropriate

Orly there’s no way you and your witneses can present evidence in 20 min. He will dismis the case on lack of evidence. He’s just wasting your time and money. I have a small problem with my blood pressure. It’s easily kept under control with just a small dose of b/p med. I’m so mad right now I can hardly get a deep breath. Maybe for the Defense Counsels’ presentation as they never have any refuting expert witnesses to counter Dr Taitz!

Orly, Just a couple of thoughts…take them or leave them.
Twenty minutes isn’t much and you know they will do everything they can to sidetrack you.
Do Not Let Them.
Keep to your game plan and don’t let them distract you and force you to spend your alloted time defending yourself.
I would also try to fit your bullet points into 10 minutes, that gives you an extra 10 minutes to elaborate on the most damaging things, and you will be sure not to leave anything out.
Plus, it wouldn’t hurt to have someone with a timer on their watch, to keep track of how many minutes, of your allotted time, the other side tries to waste with their interruptions. If they use up a large portion of your time, and it is documented, it might be helpful in an appeal.

The judge shouldn’t need much time to rule in favor of Dr. Taitz, Esq. Her pleading has so much evidence in it that all he needed to do was read it and rule.
And with all the evidence and witnesses she’s subpoenaed, also he must have read it all and made up his mind already, too.
Otherwise, it will be sad to see what happens if he rules in Obama’s favor, as Orly deserves to win one, after all these tries.

One of the hardest things for me to convey to 20-somethings today is that the 1970s and 1980s really did exist…Gaddafi seemed invincible and like he could never be removed.

What the HECK are all these judges scared to death of. that come before them. They all fail to uphold their oath when they sidestep the issue.
Is there an internationl agency that will hold
the government accountable for their judgment or lack of that is harmful to it’s citizens. In Europe there is an authority that holds the courts accountable and many times reverses decisions and makes the government pay. Also awarding money illegally obtained by illegal laws, plus interest and attorney fees. Is there such a body that has jurisdiction over the U.S. A. that would hold ones committing illegal activity abusing their power accountable. Just a thought you might want to consider abd pursue.
