I would be shocked that even so inept a President and so inept a congress would not have vetted Kagan sufficiently to rule out any possible disbarment proceedings.
This is just grand standing politics. Larry Klayman is a constructed personality, he’s actually a nobody with delusions of grandeur. He may be feared but his credentials read like an ambulance chasing law suit crazy egotist. |

from what I remember the presiding judge denied discovery of anything relating to Obama
