   Please list your scholars and constitutional attorneys who support the two parent rule with their CVs attached. Can they pass the Daubert rule as an expert? Further what makes you think the COLB won’t be accepted? If it is certified by the state in which it was issued EVERY other state has to accept it.

   Dear Kaci Jay,

   From the only Supreme Court ruling on the definition of “natural-born citizen” as it pertains to Article 2 Section 1:

   MINOR v. HAPPERSETT – SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES – 88 U.S. 162; 21 Wall. 162 – OCTOBER, 1874

   “Additions might always be made to the citizenship of the United States in two ways: first, by birth, and second, by naturalization. This is apparent from the Constitution itself, for it provides that “no person except a natural-born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President,” and that Congress shall have power “to establish a uniform rule of naturalization.” Thus new citizens may be born or they may be created by naturalization.

   The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient for everything we have now to consider that all children born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction are themselves citizens. The words “all children” are certainly as comprehensive, when used in this connection, as “all persons,” and if females are included in the last they must be in the first. That they are included in the last is not denied. In fact the whole argument of the plaintiffs proceeds upon that idea.”

   So far no list of CONSTITUTIONAL attorneys or scholars with CVs who can pass a Daubert test. Only opinion and speculation from people who cannot understand or apply the statutes or caselaw that they read. For if you could these lawsuits would not be dismissed time and again. Give me a list. That is all I ask.

   Interesting:…we have a (feminist?) attacking the only attorney in American who has the guts to try to warn us of the impending hell-hole waiting for us, if Obama is sucessful…!

   So am wondering why you can’t seem to comprehend the Constitutional requirements that one needs to satisfy, prior to running for the Presidency? All it takes is to be able to (connect the dots) and understand that the 1) One must be born to (2) American born citizens 2) Be born on American soil 3) And not have dual loyalty! among other stipulations!

   And not to mention that this psychotic in the White House is insane! And needs to be evaluated ASAP! As he’s the most CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER America has faced since 1812 and 1776!

   As well, he’s used (39) social security numbers in his life, and even the one he’s got now was issued to a deceased person who was born in 1890! And all of these (ARE) felonies! Can you say: (Prison term) for the rest of his life?

   And why do you think he’s still in the WH? Cause of the (C.E.T.’s)…(corrupt, evil, and treasonous) judges, etc., who are either bought and paid for? or have been threatened NOT to do their jobs, or both! To make snotty statements like (why did the judges not rule in her favor?)…is extremely childish and immature!

   It’s not because Orly hasn’t tried to stop this…she has! Haven’t you kept up with this treasonous FIASCO at all? This Constitutional Crisis has been going on now, for more than a year and a half, almost 2 years! It’s not Orly that isn’t functioning …it’s the treasonous system that has morphed now, that is the problem!

   If you voted for Obama, then, you are in for a rude awakening someday! Like all liberals in this day and age…you people haven’t got the good common sense that God gave a Brass Kangaroo, dipped in chocolate!!!!

   Obama is a lier, he’s a godless individual, and no decent person (in the know) would be caught dead wanting to support him!

   And…THANK GOD FOR ORLY TAITZ! SHE IS OUR MODERN-DAY VERSION OF OUR FOUNDING FATHERS!
   And since I’m a former teacher, now retired, I’m absolutely amazed at how much some of our American public cannot figure out whom to vote for? If you knew RIGHT FROM WRONG, it would be a snap! You could vote (TO PROTECT THIS NATION EVERY TIME, AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREGIN AND DOMESTIC!)!! But without that ability to discern who is the right person for the Presidency, you will never exercise your right to vote, in any constructive way to help and to protect America! Cause all these other nations who don’t have our Constitutional protections, and our great way of life, just hate our guts!

   And they (ARE) trying to bring us down! And there are millions of us who are going to do whatever it takes legally to stop it!!!!

   And…it’s vital that Orly win that race for Sec. of State in Ca.! GOD BLESS YOU, LADY LIBERTY…AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!

   What is interesting is that you can’t name any constitutional attorneys or scholars that support your position. What you believe or I believe is irrelevant. It is what is legally substantiated is what counts. As to my being a feminist, as one I do not support someone just because they are female. Especially when they do not have precedent on their side. I’m still waitning for names.

    Well, interesting. Has it occured to you that this is Orly’s business! Not yours!!!

    BTW, what do you do for a living? You sound very confrontational?

    Whom did you vote for? Are you an Obama supporter and an agitator in here…asking a question like that, so you can reveal that info to the prez, to try to cause 1 or more of them any social concern? If that’s true, then, you would be an accomplice to any instigation of “hate crimes” against Orly!…are you aware of that?

    Orly doesn’t have to reveal anything to you! She does all this work (pro-bono) and asks simply for donations to help her! And IMO, somebody put you up to this!

    Have you sent her a donation? Are you a supporter? If not, don’t be rude and come into her site to give her a hard time! It sounds like to me, that your parents should’ve taught you some manners! Which is a malady of many a young person, nowadays, it seems!

    Now, if you haven’t taken on a herculean task in this life, like Dr Taitz has…then, you shouldn’t be such a brazen person to come into her site and act like you own it, to try to give her a hard-time! She doesn’t deserve your mouth! Your need to learn some self-discipline…especially when she didn’t answer you in the first place!

    That’s her prerogative not to answer your question! Don’t you realize that? How spoiled are you? You should learn not to keep badgering her for info! Do you know how to conduct yourself in public? It seems like it’s always a (liberal-Dem) that just has to have her/their own way! You never learned to respect anyone else, but yourself! What a shame. Is this how you were raised? Do you understand how rude this was? Who gave you license to harass her? Who cares whether you still want to know? Live with it. Learn from it.
