The judges ignore long discussions on natural born status

I got today several e-mails with rehashed analysis of the Natural born citizen by Leo Donofrio, which has been going around for a couple of years now. I respect Leo, however we have a problem. This analysis was presented to multiple courts and judges time and again and they ignore it.
There is a saying that the definition of insanity, is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
The judges ignore those theories, it is extremely hard to explain those theories to the average Joe and media in a sound bite of a couple of minutes. We need to go with what is clear and undeniable.
This is the reason, why I filed a FOIA request and presented docs, showing that Obama does not have a valid SSN of his own and is using a cheap forgery instead of a valid BC.
This is clear to every average Joe. It is clear, that any judge, who allows this to go on, is guilty of being complicit in aiding and abetting those crimes.
Bottom line, right before and after the election there were some 100 law suits. After all of these cases were denied, all of the other attorneys stopped fighting. They might critisize one filing or another, they might write an article hear or there, but Obama could not care less about any of that. I am the only one, who continues to fight, continues to bring new cases with new plaintiffs, new ideas, new angles, new causes of action. We do not have much time. 2008 election was rigged and I am sure 2012 will be even more rigged and corrupted. We need to bring this issue to the front burner, we need to pound on all of the Presidential candidates and all of the elected officials, we need to embarrass the hell out of all of these corrupt puppets, who destroyed the US economy and allowed a criminal with a stolen SSN ID and a forged BC in the White House.
Please, I beg of you, stay focused on the goal. Stop wasting time and effort on lengthy theoretic discussions. We have zero time for that. Go through the Internet and find all of the public appearances of all the high ranked judges, congressmen, senators and presidential candidates. We have to confront all of them on camera, ambush them with documents and undeniable proof and demand that they take a stand and call for removal of Obama from office and his criminal prosecution or demand for those officials to resign and let people with some honesty and integrity to take their place.
I need you to call me and e-mail me with dates, times, names of TV and radio shows, that you will attend and bring this issue to the forefront. Stop talking, start walking!

The title of this article is correct. After having completed a more thorough review of the relevant US Supreme Court cases discussing the Constitution’s natural-born citizen clause, I have discovered precedent which states that a natural-born citizen is a person born in the jurisdiction of the US to parents who are citizens. Read that again. I said precedent, not dicta. The precedent holds that Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States.
Up until the publication of this report today, all discussion of the natural-born citizen issue (from both sides of the argument) agreed there had never been a precedent established by the US Supreme Court, and that the various cases which mentioned the clause did so in “dicta”.
Dicta are authoritative statements made by a court which are not binding legal precedent.
Black’s Law Dictionary defines “precedent” as a “rule of law established for the first time by a court for a particular type of case and thereafter referred to in deciding similar cases“.
Precedent that must be followed is known as binding precedent. Under the doctrine of stare decisis, a lower court must honor findings of law made by a higher court. On questions as to the meaning of federal law including the U.S. Constitution, statutes, and regulations, the U.S. Supreme Court’s precedents must be followed.

Dear Orly,
1) Speaking about refusal of judges to analyze the lack “Natural Born” credentials of the impostor, you referred to the saying:
“the definition of insanity, is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.
It is not appropriate here. We fail over and over again not because we are wrong, but because the we live in a totalitarian corruption. And earlier you justly counted on that finally we can come about at least one judge, who will not sabotage his duty and will break the chain of corruption.
2) Indeed, the charges in fraudulent SS numbers and the forged BC amount to a plain felony and are well understood by average Joe. They must be prosecuted indeed. Yet it is wrong to limit prosecution only to this fraud. Here is why.
3) At certain point even the party may jump on these charges of fraud to impeach the impostor, yet leaving the main violation untouched. That what they dream.
4) Yet the impostor must be prosecuted first of all for illegitimacy of his presidency, and his presidency must be null and void. This is the main goal. Otherwise those who wished to cancel the Constitutional requirement “Natural Born” for decades would have achieve their goal by creating this precedent with Obama.
5) We must stick with a working definition:
“Born to both American citizens in America’s jurisdiction and never after changing his nationality”.

We must not concede the main goal of exposure of the complete illegitimacy of this presidency.
6) We must not concede the goal to expose the implication of the party into this crime of the millennium.
7) We must seek to destroy the treasonous party system of demoGOPs, this two card Monte system pushing America to its demise.

Bob, can you discuss your source(s)? And Mr Gofen wrote to his rep’s. Good. I did the same and sent emails to 5 of the ones that were listed on your site, which had emails. I will endeavor to make contact with the others that were listed.
And if I might make a suggestion to all: like the Poster, Barry-boy wanted to know what’s going on with this fight, from YouTube, if you can do it, try to plaster this entire Crisis on all the online sources you can find.
I do that, too! And others post on my personal page and so forth! Then ask them to “PASS THIS ON!!!” This is just a little time and it can be done any time, so make that p.c. “rock & roll”!
