   Except this is an ALJ and an administrative hearing. There will be no “trial,” only a hearing before an ALJ who will accept the certified copy of the birth certificate as proof of NBC and it will be over.

   Great News! Just great!

   Seems that ever since Sheriff Joe Arpio sent a team of investigators to look into the same Obama birth certificate denials to the public that the Obama regime has gone after him also. When there is something to hide it is obvious that Obama is doing everything possible to influence the courts to silence these investigations.

    If she blocks access to the micro film she will look bad if the Ga,case produces the film and it proves fraud.

    Thank God in Heaven for the judge saying no to Obama’s motion to dismiss. Finally, the truth will be shown about this president. Hopefully, all of the people that did not uphold their oath to the U.S. Constitution will be punish right along with Obama.

    This is happening on the heels of Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse also investigating Obama’s past records. The sheriff said he would have a report ready in February 2012. Wow, can’t wait for that either. There are just way too many articles, posts, commentaries, radio programs, TV programs, books, etc. that cover Obama’s crimes, mideamenors, and outright fraud concerning his eligibility to be POTUS. I don’t see how anyone can fight that much exposure and get away with it.

    This is long overdue, and again, thank you Orly for you staying in the fight. God Bless and God’s speed.

    We have the right to know. Thank you to those who are searching for the truth. Before all of this, I did not know that President elects do not show their birth certificate. Everyone else has to supply proper documentation when required.

    just wondering. i don’t really know if all the claims about obama not being a citizen because indonesia doesn’t allow dual citizenship is true. I’m curious though why i’ve never heard mention of his mom checking the box that she was a citizen of indonesia and leaving united states citizen blank on one of her passport forms. does that mean they would have both had to re-apply for citizenship here in the U.S. or do we not acknowledge indonesia laws, and don’t consider that in order for them to be citizens there, they would have to give up citizenship here? seems like i would have seen that somewhere…
