Farrar Motion to dismiss by Obama is denied
I still can’t believe this. The order is in the link above. Judge Malihi, Deputy Chief judge of the Administrative court in GA, ruled, that Obama’s motion to dismiss is denied. He will have to stand trial and prove his eligibility for office.
This is particularly sweet, as it is happening in GA, where judge Clay D. Land maligned me so badly and attacked me with $20,000 of sanctions in order to silence me, to stop me from challenging Obama. Judge Land was sending a message to other attorneys and intimidating them, de facto telling them, “you dare to go after Obama, raise the issue of his forged birth certificate and invalid Social Secrity number, establishment will attack you and sanction you, just like attorney Taitz”
Now judge Malihi is sending a message: “nobody is above the law”
I am filing a motion for judicial notice in the other 5 courts, where I have cases. Please, spread the word.
I wanted to thank evrybody, who was helping me so far to repay those $20,000, who donated to help me fly to other states, including my prior flights to GA.
PS I have a professional video cassette, shot by Kevin Powell, where I together with Carl Swenssen, Kevin and a number of GA civil rights leaders visited offices of prior governor Sonny Purdue, Attorney General, elections board, Sec of State, CNN and so on. The video cassette is in a format, that I can’t play or upload on you-tube channel. If someone knows, how to convert it, let me know, I will post it. I think, it is called Sony DVCAM 94 Advanced ME.

If Barack Obama were found to not be a natural born citizen, logically he is not President now. If this were officially determined to be so, and aside from how that might be brought about, how would we then get a President? Consider the following:
Amendment XXV, Section 1 – “In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.” This provides for the Vice President to become President when any of the three enumerated events occurs with the President. However, if there were no President to begin with, none of these events could occur. No help here.
Amendment XXV, Section 4 – “Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.” Such a declaration would be meaningless without a President to whom it would apply. No help here either.
Article II, Section 1, “The Congress may determine the Time of chusing [sic] the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.” This is how we usually get a President, but who would run the country and be commander in chief while this was transpiring?
Maybe Obama would refuse to step down and claim he is President de facto for having been given the Presidential oath of office; maybe a cabal of government insiders would stage a coup d’état and install one of them as President until elections could be held (hopefully for only that long); maybe armed forces commanders would deem themselves not bound by their oaths to obey anyone not constitutionally elected President and take over with their own coup d’état. Martial law? Attacks by foreign enemies? Any way to consider it we would have a serious crisis on our hands.
Should this can of worms really be opened?

I am NOT (yet) a Ron Paul supporter, nor am I a Obama supporter I am a pro Constitutional. With that said I was reading on another blog where someone posted how the military and exmilitary types were the largest supporters of Ron Paul and a blogger blasted those current military and exmilitary types by saying they were all a bunch on “do nothing types”. That they still draw their pay checks from the Govenment and take orders from (I make not have the wording exactly right) “the crminal Obama who has total disregard and disrespect for the Constitution. A person who should be forceablely removed from office.”
I am not a lawyer and do not know or understand lawyer speak but I can read the Consititution and understand what that document says and so can you. So if you military and exmilitary type reading this post, do something and support Ms. Taitz who is actually trying to do something about this situtation.
I think about someone who see’s a crime being committed, runs up to the perp and ask’s “What is you party affilation?” before decideing to calling law enforcement. The law is the law and if left up to Obama he would be the law.
Read the Constitution and then decide if what Ms. Taitz is trying to do is right or wrong. Decide for yourself and don’t be spoonfeed by MSM. Wake up.

Some have said Obama was born in the United States and that’s that! I say were you there? Obama’s step-grandmother said she was present when Obama was born in Mombassa, Kenya. Odinga his cousin appeared with Conda Lisa Rice on a video, What’s this about? Odinga stated, we are making a shrine (in a location of downtown Mombassa, Kenya) because we are proud of Obama for he was born here. I have seen a copy (supposedly of his true BC on line) and it looked pretty authenic to me. Had his foot print, the country he was born in etc. I am sick and tired of the race card being thrown out all the time. Obama is not the first African American to become president. There were 6 before him. Look it up. Thank you Orly. You have guts personified! Yesterday I email tatoott 1009 about the article on your court case in GA. He did a video on YouTube about it and so the article has gone viral. I’m lov’n it. YouTube is playing with the numbers of viewed. When I first saw it this morning it had over 1500 views now the counter says a little over a thousand. I will watch it and see how many views it gets through out the day. Orly I know it’s not much but who knows who might see it and has way more power than I and jumps on it.
