On 06.13.2013 Judge Lamberth Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia gave leave of court to file 74 pages of motions and exhibits submitted by Attorney Orly Taitz in case 11-cv-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue was the Commissioner of the Social Security at the time the case was originally filed, currently it is Carolyn W.Colvin)
This is significant, as the motions attached herein show that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrant from Russia, who is presumed to be deceased.
At the time the case was originally filed and heard, the plaintiffs did not have new information that became available recently. Such information includes recently released census data which shows Harrison J. Bounel being born in 1890, recent disclosure to the public of the 120 year SSA rule, which requires release of SS-5, Social Security original application of “extremely aged individuals”, meaning individuals of 120 years old or older without a consent of such individual and without a death certificate or any other proof of death, as well as recent report from Merlins Information Systems showing Barack Obama using both Bounel’s name and Social Security number in connection to his property at 5046 Greenwood in Chicago as late as 2009.
All of this information placed Obama in the corner and with no way out. (not counting his planned trip to Africa, of course). Holder Department of Justice has until 06.27.2013 to file an opposition on behalf of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, however at this time Social Security Administration cannot provide any justification or opposition. Holder , Obama and Carolyn W. Colvin, new Commissioner of SSA have to produce the application, which was filed by Harrison J. Bounel and which would be sufficient evidence not only for an impeachment of Obama, but also for criminal prosecution of Obama.

Attorney Taitz thanks the public for all the support. Attorney Orly Taitz will be demonstrating in front of the U.S. Capitol together with Tea Party Patriots on 06. 19.2013, 12 noon. Taitz is asking her supporters to join her and oppose new immigration bill, which is nothing but Mega Amnesty, which robs Americans of their jobs and benefits and dumps the cost of trillions of dollars of benefits for those illegals on the shoulders of overburdened middle class. Corrupt members of Congress completely abandoned 90 million Americans who are out of workforce, who stopped looking for jobs, 14 million of Americans on unemployment, 11 million on bogus disability because they cannot find jobs and 9 million who work part time with no benefits because they cannot find full time jobs. US Congress and Federal government have no Constitutional mandate to facilitate an invasion of estimated 42 million of illegals residing in the U.S. today, which will swell to 100 million new immigrants within 10 years, particularly in the time of enormous unemployment. This is not done to help the illegals, this is done to supply more cheap and obedient labor for ruling oligarchy, ruling gang of 100-200 families of billionaires who keep in their little back pocket both the Criminal with stolen forged IDs in the WH and most of the Congress. Most egregious violation on part of Congress, is unwillingness to hold hearings and impeachment of Obama based on his use of forged and stolen IDs. How can U.S. Congress tell U.S. citizens that they should support this new mega amnesty, that the government will check E-Verify of millions of illegals, when members of the U.S. Congress have in front of them Obama’s failed E-Verify and they do nothing, do not hold any hearings on this issue.
After the protest in front of the Capitol, we will continue with the protest in front of the offices of the most corrupt Senators and Congressmen from both parties, who are refusing to address Obama’s failed E-Verify and and who push for Amnesty and promise to check the E-Verify of millions of illegals : John Boehner (OH), Nancy Pelosi (CA), Harry Reid(NV), John McCain(AZ), Chuck Schumer(NY), Marco Rubio(FL), Dick Durbin(IL), Paul Ryan(WI), Robert Menendez(NJ), Lindsey Graham(SC), Michael Bennett (CO), Jeff Flake (AZ), Kelly Ayotte(NH) and others time permitting. I would love to say Hallejuah. But we are not out of the woods yet. Yes, it is a major victory that you got to have him file the exhibits…but at the same token we have seen how judges do not rule on the merit of the evidence, but on political considerations. It might be advantageous to go to the local press and let the public know that the case has been filed and the documents are ready for a hearing or trial or whatever it is that Judge Lambeth wants to grant you.

The most remarkable question asked during the hearings on the IRS issues was the Question asked by the committee chairman to the FBI director Mueller.
The question was … paraphrased… Mueller does your organization the FBI allow for “JUDEG SHOPPING”. That question made my day as we do know that to get the IRS “snoop” authority they had to go through three judges… the stinks did not get an order form TWO JUDGES so they had to get a third judge to give the authority to the IRS to ‘snoop’ and as has been reported… it is JUDGE LAMBERT who signed the ‘snoop’ court order.
Judge Lambert has his onions in the ringer because of that court order allowing ‘snooping’ to conducted on American citizens.
What is needed is a LOT of publicity on how the judges were SHOPPED for to get that SNOOPING authority.

Dee, if your news choice is not providing information on the biggest crime in US history it really isn’t providing news is it? The American people do have power in this if they would unite in a simple sacrifice that will change the news media and will certainly enhance their lives. Every time you pay your cable tv bill some of that revenue stream flows to the American hatting media. MSNBC, CNN, et al are being funded by our hard earned money. We have no choice in what the cable companies fund and send to our homes via our monthly payment. If millions would wake up and call their cable provider and cancel their cable TV with an explanation that we are tired of funding propaganda a change would be forthcoming. Either, the cable news companies would change and provide true and complete news or go bankrupt. When I consider the sacrifices of the founding generation, the minuscule sacrifice of eliminating cable TV by comparison is laughable. I totally expected to see it this morning on Drudge, Infowars, Glenn Beck, Michael Savage, Gerald Celente, and others — but nothing. And I really thought Drudge and Infowars would be all over this. Baffling. I thought it was such encouraging news that Lamberth accepted this, unless his M.O. is to allow it with the express purpose of killing it. But I just cannot go there yet; I am holding inside that true justice still is possible. I refuse to accept that EVERY single person in judicial authority is either corrupt or blackmailed into corruption. We know it happens, of course, and we’ve watched it happen (as so many of these posts attest), but somehow, somewhere, there IS judicial authority that still maintains the integrity of oaths truly made. Physics demands that when a light is turned on in the darkness, the darkness is dispelled. I reset my passwords on a daily basis In fact they are sending emails out in my name because they want to frame me for something. It may be true what you say but I think they have other reasons as well. In my case, they are interested in making it look as if I had underreported income. They already tried this with a tax return I had in which they falsified information. I proved that to the IRS. Now they have hatched another scheme sending out letters about employment – as if I were an employment agent and that I was making money this way – which couldn’t be further from the truth The problem is that with the advent of NDAA, a defendant has been denied his or her due process and cannot appeal the court decision. This is a secret court where the records are sealed. This invites abuse from agents – in that in their zeal to harm someone they can fabricate “evidence” so that they meet their objective. Senator Wyden has introduced legislation. I hope folks will urge their representatives to support it:

The only thing now, is what’s to stop Obama from threatening this Judge like he’s all the others? I have to wonder just how many Judges has he intimidated, or threatened, or bribed. Is this another Judge that can be scared off or bought? I pray to God this is NOT just another Judge that they can get to. We need some honest Judges somewhere in this country, and I pray this is one that stands his grounds for his convictions. So many of the other judges have been turncoats, and they themselves should be tried in a court of law.
Obama and Biden and Holder are not above the Law! Hopefully this Judge stays clear of their intimidation tactics.

I favor the arrest cource of action suggested,supra. Obraining and holding office by wa ofmassiv fraud is treason. In cases of treason the U S military has lawful arrest authority and a sworn duty to do just that, the entire nation and its long suffering people are counting on you to do your duty. general paul Vallely has personally reviewed and inspected the evidence and exhibits. I agree with that scenario of a military arrest. I wrote this a few minutes ago
and the web site suddenly went into
never-never land, like some entity did
not think that should be suggested…lol
There are military brass that have been
placed in key positions by Obama, as
his lackeys. Can’t count on them.
But there are other colonels and generals
who have written support of Dr. Taitz’s
efforts but not gone forth with any
action.
According to our Constitution, we are
REQUIRED to remove a hostile usurper
from the office of president. Not only
is he hostile, but he is a proven alien
and a criminal, to boot.
One military officer accompanied by
a few brave men, should and could
end this debacle.

In light of Judge Lamberth’s connection to the IRS scandal, I would hope he would take this opportunity to right a wrong and be known as the Judge who stood up to the Administration on this. His biography that blackyb put up shows he was a man of integrity. I hope he is still today.

Today’s the 28th! No news yet on what happened, deadline was on the 27th. He needs to be impeached. He’s done as much damage as he can, don’t let him stay in office any longer, or he will find something else to undermine our country. I hope he gets what is coming. Impeach! Why do Arpaio and his “investigators now state that there is no crime in using another’s SSN? Is there some legal basis for this argument? or do they just hope USA citizens are too stupid to know the law?
For awhile now government has refused to prosecute IRS fraud by illegals using stolen SSNs.
