   ■ Appointing more than 30 czars to important policy positions in the executive branch and currently immune from congressional advice and consent and oversight requirements.
   ■ Allowing Judges of the inferior courts to legislate from the bench.
   ■ Granting captured terrorists the same constitutional due process rights as American citizens.
   ■ Supporting the Federal Reserve and the United Nations.
   ■ Avoiding Obama’s eligibility question.
