Talking points memo: what do we do next

Republican party did not abandon its goals, it just gave Democrats a couple of months time to clean up their act and ability for Obama and Democrats to save face and go back to the negotiation table.
During these couple of months the following should be done:
1. replace corrupt, sold out leadership in Congress. All of them are selling out America. Demand “Non confidence” vote in both House and Senate leadership. We need people with integrity, who will not give up to extortion and who will not fold under the threat of a bogus default
2. vote “NO” on upcoming anti-American worker proposed mega amnesty. “NO” on amnesty. Demand not to put to a vote in the House an amnesty bill, which is opposed by the majority of Republicans. Boehner, Cantor, McCarty and Paul cannot be trusted, we have to replace them or they will put this anti-American garbage to a vote on the floor of the House and will let Democrats loot millions of Americans of their jobs by giving legal status to illegals. (with legal status illegals will no longer work in agriculture picking tomatoes, they and their children will compete with you and your children for better paying jobs, which will lower the wages and will increase unemployment of Americans)
3. defund obamacare or delay individual mandate for at least a year
4. balanced budget amendment and balanced budget for 2014 and beyond
5. rescind WTO-GATT and NAFTA, 2 Clinton agreements, which sent 28 million American manufacturing jobs to slave labor in China and Mexico, bring American jobs back to America
6. replace welfare with workfare. People sitting on welfare are used by the Democrats as a tool to get into power and destroy the middle class by taking away from the middle class though exorbitant taxation, by throwing a few crumbs to the welfare recipients and giving most of the loot to the ruling criminal enterprise.

As expected, the Repugnicans spat on the face of their constituents and surrendered unconditionally. . . As they always do.
The result would have been exactly the same with 535 DemoncRATS or with 535 Repugnicans!
There are no Democrats of Republicans in Washington: Only millionaires putting on a “show” so they can continue to live it up on YOUR dime. . .

Dr. Taitz,
I guess I don’t grasp what occurred last night in Congress.
Is there ANY delay in that horrible Obamacare for people? I want to try and apply for an exemption through my state of Connecticut, but if the Individual Mandate is delayed for a year, I don’t want them having my information whatsoever in their database.
I am extremely angry that this horrid law has not been dismantled in its entirety. We have been lied to nonstop and I don’t see why anybody should pay a fine for not insuring themselves; especially people like myself who do NOT go to doctors EVER for ANY reason. Where do all of those fines go? Into The Obama’s vacation funds?

Your right Orley. Deficit spending earmarks have forced Republicans and otherwise conservative democrats to capitulate because they are held hostage by deficit spending earmarks. As you pointed out Mcconnell was given earmarks for his district try and safe guard his his reelection. Reid would not have been reelected unless he earmarks to Nevada. Obama care passed one vote at at a time with earmarks until they had a majority. The key is which party puts them on the table. That is the democrats. The only checks and balances is collapse.

Do you seriously think we have a snowball’s chance in the Inferno to stop amnesty for illegal (no PC here…I mean ILLEGAL) aliens?
After watching all the recent theatre in Congress?
I sure don’t. Not one of those scumbags in office is listening. Not one of them is keeping their oath to support the Constitution of the United States.

Anyone who has been sick, really sick (e.g., cancer), knows that Obamacare is a godsend.

people, who are sick can get insurance or medicare

Well, I tried to show confidence in Boehner, but he clearly doesn’t have our Nation and its safety in his thoughts!
Boehner, I actually thought you might be ready to become a patriot…but you, once again, showed where your loyalties lie: with the nwo!
Which means that the other members of the House need to help America by replacing Boehner as Speaker! There was/is (NO NEED) to raise the debt ceiling!
With a new leader, the House can simply see that it only has to fund the necessities and defund the duplication programs and waste!

I think Cruz has the right idea: go to each item in the budget and either fund it or chuck it!
And I’m bettin’ there will still be a surplus after bills are paid!

And…not only medicare…but if one is in the low income bracket, then, they are also helped with receiving medicaid, as well.
Even people with a certain amount of wealth, who could afford paying for cancer, anyway? And…
I’D like to know how obamacare will help others with cancer? Most don’t know what’s acually in the damnable law!
Cause if you have cancer, at an older age, guess what? The govt will decide whether you receive any or very much treatment! And…it’s unsustainable anyway!!

Compromise is just slow surrender. To give in on one issue, on one point, is a foot hold for the opposing evil.

We don’t know everything that is in this bill but I can tell you we have effectively made Obama dictator and forever in charge of our money. Congres has turned over it’s ability to hold the purse strings. We’re done. congress is made up of a bunch of idots who have never worked in the private sector. Total elites everyone of them except for a very few of course. Our only course of action is to march by the millions and demand the resignations of all responsible. That is it. No other way.

Actually, until the affordable care act went into effect, insurance companies could – and do d – deny coverage to anyone who was sick because they had a “pre-existing condition.” So people who were sick could NOT get coverage. The ACA made excluding pre-existing conditions illegal, but before that, an uninsured person who got sick would not have been able to get coverage at all.

Get rid of the Federal Reserve, put the country back on the gold standard, activate the House Un-American Activities Committee to begin investigating communists in the Government, and the presidents background with testimony from Dr. Taitz etc.

The Speaker has to win a clear majority of all of the members’ votes cast other than those voting “present” and the majority of all of the members’ votes cast does not have to account for member vacancies or absent members abstaining from voting altogether. Clearly, if the Speaker were to be challenged, there would still have to be some horsetrading between the RINO’s and Conservatives in the GOP. If the Conservatives refuse to budge in their negotiations, you could eventually wind up with RINO’s joining the Democrats with a Pelosi Speakership to break the deadlock and attain a clear majority of the entire votes cast, which although unprecedented with the exception of Trafficant’s defection vote for Hastert in 2001, is still a possible outcome.

if they are a part of a group, insurances did not deny coverage.
I am not saying that there were no problems, but according to CBO in 10 years we will still have 30 mln uninsured, 2 trillion additional debt and the deductibles have skyrocketed. Yes, there maybe as much as 1% of people, who might have problems with their insurances, however you do not bring forward a problem which constitutes looting of 99% of the population while unsuccessfully trying to help 1%. This solution does not work

I believe Obama is pushing that horrible Obamacare upon us to stick it to all of us to be broker than we all already are for the remainder of our lives because he hates Americans because he wasn’t born here.
Also, he has positively nothing positive to show for the five years he’s already be in Office. If they dismantle that horrid law, what does he have to show? Nothing but horrendous amounts of debts we will all pay on for the rest of our lives.
