In Austria there is still some respect for the law and justice. The High Court of Austria overturned the election where there was evidence of rigging, of minors and non-citizens voting.
The new election is expected to be held soon and the patriotic candidate, Norbert Hofer, is expected to easily beat the globalist puppet, Alexander Van der Belen. With Hofer as the president, Austria is expected to move quickly towards the exit from EU. Austrians, just as Britons, are totally fed up with open borders, with corrupt Angela Merkel shoving down their throats her globalist policies, with millions of migrants from Muslim countries of the Middle East and Norther Africa marching through Austria, bringing with them terrorism, crime, gang rapes of women and children, drugs, poverty, illiteracy and an unbearable load on the social services. Austrians are fed up with regulations, loss of jobs, wages, housing and services.
This is yet another factor, which together with Brexit, will help Trump get into the White House.
This move by the High Court of Austria is so remarkable for us because our courts were so utterly corrupt and in some instances treasonous and criminally complicit.
Since 2009 a number of judges had in front of them an undeniable evidence of the globalist puppet and charlatan Obama using a stolen CT Social Security number 042-68-4425 and fabricated IDs. Evidence of forgery, fraud, fabrication in Obama’s IDs Those judges chose to be criminally complicit and commit treason in cover up.
The public has a way of ending this corruption, criminality and treason in our courts and our corrupt Department of Justice.
First and for most, the best way to beat the ruling globalist mafia, is to elect Trump as the next US president. With Clinton we will have business as usual and even more corruption than what we see today.
Secondly, every American citizen should call and write to his congressman and senators and demand to start impeachment hearing of AG Loretta Lynch. We have seen recently Lynch have a secret meeting with Bill Clinton while Hillary Clinton is under the FBI investigation. Further, Loretta Lynch and Eric Holder, as well as the Director of FBI, James Comey, had and have in front of them all the evidence of Obama using a stolen CT SSN-042-68-4425, as well as all fabricated IDs, and they did nothing. Time to impeach AG Loretta Lynch and possibly the director of FBI James Comey.

The US Constitution doesn’t allow a presidential election to be overturned. The only remedy is impeachment.

To Harold Brown: Your term “election to be overturned” is vague and does not apply to the situation in America since 2008, as I will explain promptly. And even as vaguely as you said: what is the phrase of the Constitution that you refer to in your argument? However…
1) The facts of the matter on our hands are the usurpation of the 2008 US presidency by a UFO (Unidentified Foreign Operative) with an alleged name Obama, not born to two American citizens on American soil (thus not natural born), stolen SS number, gross forgery of his BC in 2011, delivered by Ms. Fuddy of Hawaii, which in 2013 was the only dead in the soft water landing of a plane.
2) That means that the said person Obama has not been a legitimate candidate or president since 2008: not one second. There was nobody to impeach. There was only a gross criminal with unclear identity. Worse…
3) His crime was possible and remains in progress because all three branches of the government in 2008 and all two remaining branches of the government top down since 2009 are accomplices of this crime. Totally! This fact alone negates the entire Constitution, which indeed, does not offer any remedy for addressing the disaster of THAT SCALE. The disaster of that scale means a defeat of human civilization, negation of all its achievement made during thousands of years.
4) The only civilized response to this disaster ought to be (long overdue!) an exposure of the entire truth by several honest leaders backed by the military, dismissal of the entire three branches of the existing federal government, re-election of the new government, and prosecution of about 600 persons of the former illegitimate government – before the deadline of 2016!

If it is true that fraud can legally elect a president than we honest people should campaign to elect at least 67 senators since it takes that number to sustain an impeachment. I don’t think there are 67 honest senators in Washington and there probably never will be now that God has been banned from out culture.

I am sooo in agreement with everything you wrote here.
The second item is especially noticeably true, that there is ‘nobody’ to impeach.
How can a country impeach a non-existent president? It is like putting Ted Bundy in court and impeaching him. A criminal is a criminal and an illegal is an illegal.
How can a nation impeach an illegal who is also a criminal? It does not compute.
Just arrest him, sentence him, and get the deed done. Amen?

As I wrote earlier, and it is not posted, I agree with Mr. Gofen, especially on item 2
that you cannot impeach a ‘nobody’ and that
Obama is not only illegal as a president, but is also an alien, w/o this country being his homeland.
As I also wrote, which may not have passed the litmus test, and was to the effect of stating that:
it would be like impeaching Ted Bundy, a criminal, because a criminal is a criminal and an illegal usurper is an illegal usurper. Obama is no more a U.S. President than a common criminal would be.
When a quisling, that is not legitimately of this country, and is an impostor as well as a domestic enemy,it should be grounds for arrest, sentencing, and whatever comes next according to our still viable Constitution.
