ORLY TAITZ, ESQ, PRESIDENT OF DEFEND OUR FREEDOMS FOUNDATION REGARDING BEING SINGLED OUT FOR ADDITIONAL SCRUTINY IN HER APPLICATION FOR 501C3, REGARDING INTIMIDATION AND DEFAMATION BY IRS ATTORNEY MITZI TORRI AND REGARDING IRS EMPLOYEES BEING CRIMINALLY COMPLICIT IN THE COVER UP OF THE FACT THAT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA IS COMMITTING IRS FRAUD AND USING IN HIS TAX RETURNS A STOLEN CT SSN 042-68-4425, WHICH FAILED E-VERIFY AND SSNVS AND WHICH WAS ASSIGNED TO HARRISON J. BOUNEL, IMMIGRANT FROM RUSSIA BORN IN 1890 AND PRESUMED TO BE DECEASED
I, Orly Taitz, am a licensed attorney and President of Defend Our Freedoms not for profit CA Corporation dedicated to exposing corruption in the government and judiciary and educating the public about their constitutional freedoms and ways to fight lawlessness and corruption in the government. I attest that following is true and correct to the best of my knowledge:
1. In January 2009 and subsequent to that I have sent to IRS multiple letters showing that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Soebarkah, aka alias Harrison (Harry) J. Bounel (Hereinafter “Obama”) is committing IRS fraud and using a CT Social Security number 042-68-4425 not assigned to him.
2. In 2010 I sent to IRS a copy of Obama’s 2009 tax returns which Obama initially posted on Whtehouse.gov and didn’t flatten the PDF file. It showed Obama using a CT SSN 042-68-4425. This number was checked through E-Verify and SSNVS and Obama has failed both (see attached Exhibit 1, 2). Subsequently Obama realized his mistake, removed the tax return from whitehouse.gov, flattened the PDF file and reposted it, however by that time thousands of people obtained the aforementioned Social security number.
3. Subsequent research showed that this number was assigned to Harrison J. Bounel, immigrant from Russia born in 1890 and presumed to be deceased with no surviving relatives. (See affidavit of Debt Collector Albert Hendershot and attached census information Exhibit 3). Additionally IRS received a sworn affidavit of an expert in Information Technology, Felicito Papa (Exhibit 4), showing that he personally downloaded Obama’s 2009 tax returns with the Adobe illustrator, it opened in multiple layers and showed the Obama is using CT SSN 042-68-4425. IRS received a sworn affidavit of Susan Jordan , which showed that she personally ran E-Verify and it showed that the number 042-68-4425 and name Barack Obama did not match the IRS records. So far employees of the IRS were complicit in the cover up of Barack Obama committing Social Security fraud and IRS fraud and using a stolen Social security number in his tax returns.
4. I also filed for 501C3 for my not for profit CA Corporation “Defend Our Freedoms Foundation”. I was subjected to additional scrutiny and a totally insane and unreasonable demand was made by the IRS employee, whereby this employee demanded that I submit all of the pleadings in all of the legal actions, which meant submitting thousands of pages.
5. Additionally I was subjected to intimidation by the IRS attorney Mitzi Torri working in the New Orleans IRS office. Torri, together with the personal attorney for Barack Obama and Democratic party, Scott J. Tepper, and several other employees of the federal and state government, such as staff attorneys for high ranking judges, aides for politicians, formed an attack web site “Fogbow.com”. Through this web site they coordinate their efforts and defamed and intimidated me and other civil rights attorneys bringing forward evidence which showed Obama using forged and stolen IDs. All of these federal and state employees made defamatory and intimidating posts hiding behind pseudonyms. IRS attorney Mitzi Craig Torri has been hiding behind a pseudonym “Butterfly Buiderberg”. Scott J. Tepper goes under a pseudonym Sterngard Friegen. Tepper is currently an opposing attorney representing Barack Obama and Democratic party of MS in an ongoing RICO (Racketeering influenced corrupt organization) legal action Taitz et al v Democratic Party of MS, Obama et al US District Court, Southern District of MS 12-cv-280 Hon Judge Wingate. The case was filed in the state court but removed by the defendants to the Federal court.
6. Torri has posted threats that if attorney Taitz discloses her identity “men in black will pay her a visit and this visit will not be friendly and will not be pleasant”. Torri de facto threatened that if Taitz discloses her identity while she (Torri) used a pseudonym “Butterfly Bilderberg”, Torri will use her position as an attorney for IRS to cause an audit of Taitz and her foundation and it would not be pleasant, meaning an audit with a fine tooth comb”.
7. Additionally when I appeared in a legal action Hornbeck v Salazar 10-01663 in New Orleans, Torri came to the hearing and later was posting on “Fogbow”a defamatory report under the pseudonym Butterfly Bilderberg. IRS attorney Mitzi Torri also repeatedly appeared on RCR radio, which is run by another Obama operative, University of Connecticut Sociology Professor Richard Rockwell and repeatedly made defamatory statement about me and other civil rights attorneys. Since all the spectators on Hornbeck v Salazar had to sign in, I filled a motion with the court seeking to disclose the sign-in sheet and names of individuals present. Torri filed an opposition. On 06.01.2011 Magistrate Joseph Willson ruled in my favor and disclosed the sign in sheet (card) for 05.11.2011 court hearing with Torri’s name and her personal signature in it. (see attached Exhibit 5). I filed a complaint with the New Orleans IRS and Washington DC headquarters reporting harassment, intimidation, defamation, slander hounding by an IRS attorney, which was done when such attorney was supposed to work in her office and fulfill her duties and demanding to know, whether Torri filed out her time card for 05.11.2011 and was paid by the IRS with taxpayer funds for the time she spent in court on an unrelating case and the time she spent the same day writing her defamatory report for “Fogbow” under a pseudonym Butterfly Bilderberg. I also wanted to know whether IRS allows employees and particularly such highly ranked employees as attorneys for IRS to take time off from their work at IRS for such activities. I did not hear back.
8. I attest that all of the attached exhibits, affidavits and reports are true and correct copies of such affidavits and reports received by me.
9. I am requesting an investigation by the IRS and the Inspector General for IRS of the following individuals:
a. Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Soebarkah, aka alias Harrison J. Bounel for IRS and SSA fraud and use of all forged IDs and a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425 of Harrison J. Bounel, immigrant from Russia born in 1890 and presumed to be deceased with no surviving relatives.
b. Any and all employees of the IRS who were complicit in the cover up of Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number
c. Investigation of attorney for New Orleans office for IRS Mitzi Torri in relation to the aforementioned behavior.
