   Isn’t there a pending Motion for Summary Judgment in this case? If so, do you think that the court will allow you to proceed with discovery while waiting for the Summary Judgment hearing?

   What happens if the Director of Health refuses to honor your subpoena then will you need to file a Motion To Compel and would this Motion To Compel be heard before or after the Motion for Summary Judgment?

   If the court grants defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment will you then file an Appeal to the Circuit Court in D.C.?

   Your accomplishments thus far have left all of us breathless.
   “Tenacious Taitz” should be your campaign slogan
   Although it seems that there is a step forward, there are still many steps to mount before obama puts on any black and white prison suits.
   The big players in this lop sided game are still the congress and the corrupt courts.
   It will take a lot of money to keep the gears of your unrelenting law suits lubricated.
   That is why I thank those who have given to your cause, and implose those who have not to give something; as the price of freedom cannot be bought alone by dollars, but by the sacrificies of PATRIOTS like Orly.
   She has put her reputation, personal wealth, family and life on the line to tenaciously tackle this most importatt issue of the century.
   When she suceeds, history will record her as the most tenacious and most revelant person of this century.
   Lest many of us forget; the presidency of the U.S. is in itself, the most powerful on the planet. A true David and Goliath challange.
   The keys to nuclear triggers are on his desk.
   And that makes Orly’s job that much more dangerous.
   How close will obama let her come before he releases more dangerous tactics??
   No despot, dictator, or ursurper with power,
   has ever given up his power without some violence.
   I fear for Orly’s safety, and I urge that her friends and family look after her welfare.
   As for the rest of us, continue to sent in those hard earned dollars to no other organizations except the “TAITZ” one.

   Dr. Tatz, you have spent an astounding amount of time and effort on this issue on behalf a zillion people who apparently could care less. I just want to thank you on behalf of those those same apathetic folks. If nothing else, you’re giving Soetero’s legal team something to do. Perhaps under the next administration, Dr. Ron Paul should consider you as U.S. Attorney General. From my keyboard to God’s eyes (to paraphrase).

   Dr. TAITZ, `I personnaly have a great respect for doctor’s,IE, my Heart Surgery,`I died” Now for Hawaii to produce the true original BC, fraud & corruption has run very deep in their Dept.’s. My daughter was born in Hawaii, during my Navy career, a stamped/emblem/signature’s all in true form. I’m curious which hospital was he born.?? Proof his father not of american decent. Please stay on this `Operation Fraud.! Ron

    I have a number of questions:

    1. If “president” obama is removed from office, as ineligible, how does that effect the legislation he has signed?

    2. Once (when) removed, can he be prosecuted for any crimes for his activities while in office?

    3. When and if removed from office, will he be required to repay the american people all of the monies spent whilst traveling abroad, plus the additional bills he ran up requiring Secret Service Protection, etc?

    Although this subpoena seems to be a good idea, aren’t there ways (and what would they perhaps be?) that the recipient (or the defendant) might employ to get around it, such as by using “delaying-tactics”, or by contesting that court’s authority to issue the subpoena, or by asserting that other “legal processes” must be allowed to “first” follow their “due course”, or even by asserting, in some legal context, that the subpoena is “frivolous”?

    And if the use of such tactics, by the recipient, is being contemplated, might it therefore have been advisable for you to have also included — as part of the subpoena — a “pre-emptive” description of why those tactics should be promptly disallowed by the courts in regard to the subpoena?

    Are you intimating that Ron Paul… Mr “I’d get laughed out of the House of Representatives if I mentioned that Obama is ineligible”… is caliber for the presidency of the United States? You couldn’t be. Eeeee… ehhh… maybe you could.

    Isn’t Paul therefor in the same petri dish as Michele… “Gee George, I guess the copy of the birth certificate you’re showing me here on TV really does prove the President was born in Hawaii”… Bachmann?

    Thank God Orly is looking out for us. Speaking as an honorably discharged Air Force officer, and attorney, I have lost faith in the country, the Supreme Court, the Senate and the House. It is incomprehensible how they turned a blind eye to the POTUS eligibility. With tax cheats in charge of the Ways and Means committee and as Secretary of the Treasury, and a loser communist revolution in the WH, is it any wonder the world has lost faith in our currency? Barrack Obama must be held accountable for his crimes like Saddam Hussein, Hitler and other war despots. His wars without congressional approval are illegal. Obama will destroy the US through a weakened dollar, weakened military, and race wars fomented by union thugs. Contribute to Orly to stop this debacle
