   Brilliant! And don’t forget not just intimidation but asassination! DNC Chairman in Arkansas Bill Gwatney was hours away from voting for Hillary on the 1st ballot. This would have started the ball rolling for Hillarys’ nomination. Obama caught wind of it and Gwatney was gunned down at DNC Headquarters. His wife was so stricken with fear that she placed the vote for him the next day for Obama!!

   This is great. I’ve alerted Mr. Tepper and Mr. Begley so they can appear at the deposition of Ms. Viviano. Don’t worry about being charged in the Mississippi criminal courts with abuse of process, I think the maximum sentence for that is only a year in jail.

   Has the Mississippi judge given you permission to subpoena people? And has he given you permission to use the California form for subpoenas?

   Quite the convoluted subpoena you have there Orly. Here you are issuing a subpoena in California for a case in Mississippi. Is that how it works? Have you notified the opposition? Begley probably wouldn’t be able to make it but I’m sure that Tepper would be able to attend. Besides, how can you depose a witness without having the defense there? If the defense isn’t able to depose the witness, then the testimony is for naught.

   Another small problem. Isn’t the ‘witness’ just going to say shit that is questionable at best? Shouldn’t you depose Bill and Hillary Clinton to find out what they have to say about all of this?

   So many problems with this. It must be difficult be an attorney with so little knowledge of rules of evidence.

    And he has these (D)’s believing anything he “spews” forth!! He’s the “volcano” of B.S.!!

    So I think it’s amazing that those people who continue to accept his “doctrine,” without wanting to VETT him, are not able to blink a few times, and actually figure this out, YET?!!
