I guess the question remains how can/will the Hi Department of Health ‘quash’ the subpoena? Of course they will file an objection and try to do so.
Also, how are you coming along with the demand for the clerks of the US District Court for the District of Columbia to post the default against the Social Security Administration so you can also subpoena the application of the Connecticut Social Security ID??

The more times they think of creative ways to not have to fork over the original document, the more apparent it will be to the public that this is precisely what they have been up to.

Dr. Jerome Corsi knows from his inside
source(s) at the DOH that the fake original LFBC suddenly appeared. His source actually snuck in there and saw it long enough to see Kapiolani on it, but he had to zoom out of there fast. He wasn’t able to see the Doctor’s signature in time.
There is definitely criminal collaboration going on in the DOH. I hope Dr. Taitz can uncover the forgery ring. Dr. Corsi has a strong idea who this forger is already. I hope she is comparing notes with him. Things are about to get real interesting! Like McDonald’s, “I’m lovin’ it!” It’s time for Obamagate!

OK – very good: they get an “A++” in Kafkaesque Bureaucracy, but still need to explain these clever roadblocks erected in support of same. Which are the relevant statutes, and what do they state?
Do you need more signatories to evidence “direct and tangible interest”?
If that’s the problem I’m sure it’s easily resolved – doesn’t this entire nation have “direct and tangible interest”? How does he decide who meets the threshold?

Sorry Orly, but your subpoena isn’t valid, and even if it was valid on its face, the Court would have to quash it upon motion of Hawaii. Did you even check the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure before sending this off?
Discovery has not started yet. You cannot take any discovery before the Rule 26(f) conference. Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(d)(1).
You issued a Dist. DC subpoena for a deposition/production to take place in Hawaii. A subpoena has to be issued under the District Court for where the deposition/production is to take place. Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(a)(2).
Your subpoena was not issued by the court. You are not admitted to practice before either the D.D.C. nor D. Hawaii, therfore you cannot sign a subpoena. An attorney can only sign a subpoena when they are admitted to practice in that district where the deposition/production are to occur, or in the court with the underlying matter. Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(a)(3).
Your subpoena is unduly burdensome and can expose you to sanctions, including Hawaii’s attorney fees related to quashing your subpoena. A third party subpoena that requests information that is not relevant to the trial, or reasonably calculated to lead to discoverable evidence is considered unduly burdensome. Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(c)(1). Your case in DC is over a FOIA request from SSA. Hawaii has nothing to do with social security. Birth certificates are unrelated to request to SSA, because SSA has nothing to do with birth certificates. Your subpoena is not reasonably calculated to lead to discoverable information.
Upon request from Hawaii, the Court is required to quash your subpoena. A court is required to quash a subpoena when the documents requested are privileged or protected. Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(C)(3)(iii). Hawaii law prohibits the release of birther certificates to people who do not have a direct tangible interest. That means the documents are “otherwise protected.” The subpoena will be quashed.

“Speaking today on the Alex Jones Show, investigative journalist Jerome R. Corsi dropped a huge bombshell. Dr. Corsi provided proof that he was alerted to an on-going plot to release a fake more than two months before President Obama released his purported long-form birth certificate.
Corsi supplied Infowars.com with time-stamped Microsoft Word documents [.ZIP] of five unpublished World Net Daily investigative drafts, written between February 23 and February 24, 2011, two months before Obama’s April 27 birth certificate press conference. The unpublished reports confirm that moles inside the Hawaiian State government, including one inside the Department of Health, had warned Corsi of a plan by Obama operatives to plant and then publicly release a forged birth certificate.
The veteran investigative journalist released more details during a live appearance today, two hours and 8 minutes into the three hour broadcast.
Three weeks before the April 27th Obama press conference, Corsi was contacted again by his informants, who had been keeping a close eye on the birth records. It had happened. Prior to April 2011, there had been no Barack Obama birth certificate in the sequentially numbered book, but as of early April, it had suddenly appeared in the records.
Remember, in January 2011, Hawaiian Governor-elect Neil Abercrombie had told reporters that he was unable to locate President Obama’s birth certificate, but a few months later it had magically appeared. Now here’s the smoking gun bombshells: #1 Corsi has witnesses inside the Hawaiian government that accurately called what was going to happen, and who can be called as witnesses once Corsi files his criminal charges with the FBI.
#2 Obama Took the Bait – World Net Daily publisher Joseph Farah and investigator Jerome Corsi are on record via e-mail and in front of staff discussing the fact that the moles had warned them of the planted birth certificate, and the plan to roll it out. Farah and Corsi again decided, as they had done with their earlier February 24 report, to not go public and let Obama commit himself openly to the forgery.
Corsi is preparing to release even more information to the press in the coming days and weeks. But to recap, World Net Daily has the proof that months before Obama rolled-out his supposed long-form birth certificate, WND.com knew that the birth certificate was indeed not there but would soon be planted. The initial intel from February indicated a plan by Democratic operatives to release it as an October surprise for the 2012 election.
The imminent publication of Dr. Corsi’s book, Where’s the Birth Certficate, forced the White House hand to speed up the release. Think about it: after two-and-a-half years and $2 million in lawyer fees to stonewall the release of the birth certificate, President Obama sent his lawyer to Hawaii to suddenly produce it. This timeline only adds additional credibility to the account put forward by Corsi.
Add to all of this the fact that the Kenyan government has now released two new documents confirming that the U.S. ambassador to Kenya under George W. Bush requested information on then Senator Obama’s birth records in Kenya. In the government letters we discover that the Kenyan government carried out an investigation searching for the birth records and confirmed that the documents had been criminally removed.”

“Never,” Daniels told Corsi. “It’s against the law for a person to have a re-issued or second Social Security Number issued.”
Daniels said she is “staking my reputation on a conclusion that Obama’s use of this Social Security Number is fraudulent.”
“A person who wants to hide their true identity often picks up the Social Security Number of a deceased person, thinking that nobody would ever look into it,” Daniels added. “I think it was sometime in the 1980s that Obama decided to hide who he really is.” (snip).
An affidavit filed by Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson specifies that as a result of his formal training as an immigration officer and his 27-year career in professional law enforcement, “it is my knowledge and belief that Social Security Numbers can only be applied for in the state in which the applicant habitually resides and has their official residence.”
Daniels told WND she believes Obama had a different Social Security Number when he worked as a teenager in Hawaii prior to 1977.
“I doubt this is President Obama’s originally issued Social Security Number,” she told WND. “Obama has a work history in Hawaii before he left the islands to attend college at Occidental College in California, so he must have originally been issued a Social Security Number in Hawaii.”
