   Nobody in in government is required to be drug or alcohol free on the job. I was required to for most of my working life. I endured annual and random checks. Ginsburg’s side of the aisle refuse to take tests on grounds that it would be a violation of their rights against self-incrimination. Yet they routinely violate mine in many ways.

   Ginsy is always too far left, to really do any good for America, and the other two female treasonous peeps, along with one or two others, are just not patriotic material to save America.

   These people need to go down, too, when the time comes! We need real conservative people in Congress and the WH/DOJ!!

   So have written my 2 senators to ask them to vote against this rubber stamp of O/Holder!

   Frankly, I don’t see how anybody could survive listening to Obama UNLESS they are drunk, stoned, asleep, or deaf and blind.

   I don’t like Ginsberg’s twisted view of the Constitution, but I have to give her credit for how she got through the experience.

   My view differs. No excuse for such behavior

   in public. OPM and OMB and Justice Roberts

   should reprimand her, and ask her/force her

   to take a medical suitability exam, as soon

   as possible. She is still a public OPM civil

   service worker, even at SCOTUS “on duty.”

   She also needs a general FITNESS FOR DUTY exam.

   She really should be placed on admin leave,

   until this ugly incident is resolved. It was

   a public, not private, spectacle.

   So sorry Ruthie. Remind her, Danno!!!

    Ginsberg can be reprimanded by letter by OPM and

    Justice Roberts. She also CAN be placed on

    admin leave. The Exams/Tests are optional,

    agreed. But she can be dealt with for sure.

    They cannot force her to resign, but they can

    threaten her and pressure her. She is not

    exempt from behavior standards for Federal

    SES Employees, while on the Court, or assigned

    to formal Court activities linked to the

    Court. We should all complain by e-mail,

    phone, and snail-mail to Justice Roberts.

    No more REPEATS, Ruthie! Tell her, Danno!!!

    We don’t want Ginsberg or any other judge to resign during Obama’s term. Can we really trust the senate to stand up to Obama and not just rubber stamp whomever he nominates?

    you are right, though according to polls Hillary is leading all prospective GOP candidates, so there is a high chance there will be a Democrat in the WH after 2016 as well

    Supreme court judges should be elected by the people and held to uphold the law and have term limits on a staggered cycle. I also think that the attorney general should be elected and answer to the people, not the president

    Yes, Wayne T. Inman has got the right idea.

    These SC Justices should be given term limits and not life terms: (but they deserve life-terms behind bars!) for their conduct!

    And Wayne, are you related to former Naval Commander, Bobby Inman?

    If so, you should have him come on Dr Orlys’ Site and post some info as to how we might be able to put an end to the madness, we face?
