Dear editor and Spencer,
Yesterday you ran a cover issue relating to Barack Obama’s illegitimacy to Presidency. While you did try to provide a more balanced record of events then you did on prior occasions, there are some very serious errors that need to be corrected.
For example, you quoted me as saying that there will be a rebellion, that I support it whole heartedly – I never said that.
There was a lot of disinformation about me on the blogs and that is one of them. For your own benefit and the benefit of your magazine, it is important for you to publish corrections to this article.
You completely misrepresented the issue of pending decision on my request for default against Barack Hussein Obama filed on behalf of Alan Keyes et al in Central District Court in Santa Ana, Judge David O. Carter.
The service was not just dropped. Maybe you don’t understand the legalese. Judge Carter stated that the service was supposed to be based on rule 4I and I served based on rule 4e.
It boils down to two issues.
1. in 4I- you and I will be paying for Obama’s defense. The way I served him, under 4e, he will have to pay from his own pocket.
2. The difference stems from the fact that 4i -is the service of an official, served as an official, or served as an individual for acts committed previously while serving as an official. My point is that I served Obama as an individual (it is on the face of the pleadings) and I served him on January the 20th, the inauguration day, for his actions prior to becoming the president . Therefor, I served him under the proper rule and the judge has to give me a default. If you don’t publish this and claim that I just dropped service, you defame me as an attorney.
There are a number of other very serious inconsistencies and errors. You ridiculed my forensic experts and you can be held liable for it. I presented a statement from Sandra Ramsey Lines, one of the top Forensic Document examiners, who stated that the Certification of live birth posted by Obama on the Internet cannot be relied upon as genuine and the original need to be examined by the experts. As you know, none of the yahoos writing on Checkpoint.com are document experts and clearly their opinion has zero value.

PS This is not a major issue, but the picture you posted is really bad. As you recall your photographer stated that he feels like he is shooting a picture of a Russian Marilyn and nobody will believe that I am a dentist. You wanted a picture with a stern look (I will get you Obama) and you even asked me to hold dental forceps together with my briefs, which says “I can sue you and pull your teeth while I am at it”. You were the ones who asked for these props. As a matter of fact your photographer stated that these pictures will make him really rich some day. I am not sure it was such a great picture, but there are over 3 million people residing in Orange County, it brings awareness to the issue, I guess it is a start.

The comments had more than 200 replies, and a great number asking for the real birth certificate, when they deleted all records. Then four days ago, again they had this editorial which was un-noticed they only has five replies, here was mine.

Suspicion about Obama’s birth certifiably unjustified
The wackiness doesn’t quit easily. WorldNetDaily, an online right-wing news site that insists President Barack Obama was born in a foreign country, has raised $75,000 to buy space on billboards to ask, “Where’s the birth certificate?”
To their credit, Lamar Advertising, CBS Outdoor and Clear Channel Outdoor have all refused to sell space to perpetuate such lunacy. (For the record: Obama’s Hawaii Department of Health birth certificate shows he was born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu.) Meanwhile, Rush Limbaugh asks, “What do Obama and God have in common? Neither has a birth certificate.”
What do WorldNetDaily and Limbaugh have in common? That’s too easy.

Excuse me Orly but you wrote this, I have screen shots to prove it if you would like a copy:

Legally we are fine, but what we need is funding: to buy arms, ammo, uniforms, communications. It costs money to build a civilian army. Who can be the partners of the patriots of this country and who can help with funding?”

there is a big difference between a defense militia and rebellion. I support a militia that protects the citizens and the borders, I don’t advocate rebellion. I would not be working so hard in bringing cases to different courts and law enforcement, if I would be advocating force. It would be an oxymoron.

again, read carefully I said “we need political Penicillin”, we need to protect ourselves and not become cattle for slaughter, like it happened during WW2, when some 60 million civilians were slaughtered by a narcisistic dictator. They were slaughtered, because they were unarmed and couldn’t defend themselves when they were taken to the civilian labor camps. PS I am sure Obama is paying you well, if you make an effort to record each and every post of mine and you seem to know them by heart. By the way, this is very typical for dictators. Hitler and Stalin also used snitches to rat on citizens.
