Regime of usurper Obama is seeking to disarm US veterans. I am considering a class action legal action against the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and Barack Obama.

A number of veterans got letters from the Department of Veterans Affairs advising them that the government intends to make a determination, whether they are allowed to carry guns. If the government arbitrarily decides that they are not fit, the veterans will be deprived from exercising their second amendment rights and will be punished if caught caring guns.
See actual wording below:
“A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition. If you knowingly violate any of these prohibitions, you may be fined, imprisoned, or both pursuant to the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159, as implemented at 18, United States Code 924(a)(2).”?
Veterans are a group that represents the biggest threat to the Inonesian/Kenyan usurper Obama, who is currently hard at work destroying the U.S. economy and the civil rights of the U.S. citizens, so the department of veterans affairs is launching an assault on veterans by stripping them of their rights.

I have not received such a letter … yet, but then, again, I served in the Army from 1957 – 1965, resigning my commission as Captain following my 8 years of flying with U.S. Army-Aviation (Corps of Engineers).
I would be happy to be part of the legal action against the Indonesian/Kenyan usurper Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah.

I really think that this would really spark a wave of Patriotism in America! This is what we need. With the fact that the military votes were NOT counted from the Nov. election, then, this should really see many, many members of the military stand up and finally realize what zerO is up to! With Veterans being Obamas greatest threat, I believe this would be a great idea. I think it would create a larger base of supporters for your(our) GREAT causes and would generate some powerful groups and people into our corner and IT WOULD CERTAINLY SAY TO OUR GREAT VETERANS THAT WE THE PEOPLE ARE THANKFUL FOR ALL THEY HAVE SACRIFICED FOR US AND WE ARE WILLING TO STAND UP AND FIGHT FOR THEM! If we are able to save our freedom and the republic, it will be due to people like you.
I’ve seen organizations like Oathkeepers, AmericaAgain!, and III%Patriots, all of whom give me hope.
But I’ve also read of Obama’s FEMA Youth Corps, the first class of which just graduated. There are to be tens of thousands of them, 18-24 yr. olds who are heavily armed. FEMA also just bought 2,500 armed personnel vehicles, and the government just bought billions of rounds of ammunition for agencies including social security’s hundreds of thousands of hollow point (human-killing) rounds.
NOW, they want to disarm Veterans.
We can see what’s coming and I join with everyone else who thanks you for doing all you do to help save our country.

First of all, I want to thank you for what you have been doing, working tirelessly to try to save this country. Millions of us KNEW what he was going to do before the first purchase of the Oval Office in 08-09. And all the while, you had the media and others saying such nasty things, not to mention, I’m sure you probably had to have security around you. Now, if you go the regular W.house website they have taken the page down but I have the whole thing safely tucked away just in case THE above link doesn’t work. But I think it will work, the other link will not work. I tried as well as I could to put out warnings to ALL VETERANS, no matter when they served, because this executive order is very telling. I tried to get the word out to them NOT to sign up for ANY GOVT. program offering to HELP because it was a trap. Take note of the dates specified in this order, the massacre in CT and how all of a sudden many of the states are pushing GUN GRABBING.
It’s a TASK FORCE and they are hiring nearly 2000 more ‘professionials’ or ‘officers’ to help ALL veterans get over the STIGMA of reaching out for help with depression, etc. Then an article from the eutimes came out 1 FEB 2013 stating the fact that Obama had already made the decision that veterans would NEED to be disarmed for the ‘safety’ of the country. The existing laws restricting guns should be enforced, not more laws made. Arrest and keep the criminals who carry the true assault weapons, please do not pass laws that would restrict law-abiding citizens farther.
We seek and choose the right path for the benefit of the law abiding instead of for the benefit of the criminal. Criminals will be the only ones with guns if we are disallowed access to them. Give us our deterrence to crime.

I haven’t received a letter as of today 26 Feb 2013 but I am interested in being part of this because I am a disabled vet who has & is currently receiving help & compensation benefits for PTSD & I pose no threat to anyone unless the wish to do me harm & feel I am still fully capable of owning a firearm or multiple if I so chose so to own more than 1.

A one hour VA meeting with me resulted in the VA ruling me financially incompetent to handle my own VA claim finances from the disabilities I received serving in combat in Vietnam. I received a letter informing me that my 2nd amendment rights were being taken away, and sentenced to a lifetime of not being able to touch a gun due to the Brady bill. I am a lifetime responsible gun owner with no criminal records or violent behavior as a citizen after my tour. Since I was asking for help with my PTSD symptoms, the VA proceeded to try to misdiagnose me. After a three+ year appeal process, the VBA hearing ruled that I have combat PTSD. I would like to join in a class action lawsuit to fight the loss of my rights for asking for my deserved benefits and still feel able to handle the responsibility and right to own and touch a gun for recreation and self defense.

Ms. Taitz; I applaud your efforts to try to bring a little lawfulness to this unlawful administration. I, as a Vietnam veteran, have been service connected for PTSD at a rating of 100%, Permanent and total, for over a decade and a half. I as able to qualify for and receive and then renew my Concealed Handgun License from the State Of Texas. Additionally, I served as a state level accredited representative (Service Officer) to the Department of Veterans Affairs where I had an unprecedented success record in obtaining rightful services due to our disabled veterans. I was often given the most difficult cases and was able to prove where the VA was not giving the benefit of the then present laws. Since leaving that position I have continued with great pleasure assisting veterans receive their due by emphasizing the law. I have been helped by my studies in Criminal Justice Studies at the graduate level.
The VA is denying 2d amendment rights to those who fought for those rights and were willing to sacrifice their very lives to preserve it
The VA, is doing this administratively and based on internal criteria they designed for the purpose of keeping veterans receiving directly VA payments because they were believed unable to handle their own finances (a long way from handling a firearm. The point in fact is that the usual sufferer of PTSD avoids confrontation at almost any cost. The only time he/she takes direct action is to eliminate danger to themselves or others. When that danger is neutralized any aggressive action is stopped. These men and women have seen enough violence in their lifetime already and the consequences of it so they want no further involvement in it or even be around it. It will be notices that most combat veterans isolate themselves from society if they feel threatened or substitutable to aggravating stimuli That is a learned defensive matter. You may remember the stories of combat veterans living alone in the woods after Vietnam,case in point.
I would welcome assisting in any way I am able to continue to assist my brother veterans to regain their proper place in the country for which they fought.

I am a vet who already has his gun rights taken away by the state of Alabama because the Tuskegee VA failed to treat me for PTSD! So the state stepped in and had me committed again! I would like to soo the lawsuit and thos country accountable for turning away veterans and refusing treatment us! Then taking away our rights that we fought and died for! I am one of these disenfranchised incompetent vets. I am now summarily incapable of handling my own finances and definitely to be prevented access to firearms. Yes I will most definitely be happy to join any class action suit you have in mind. The VA has ruined my life and now they want to screw with my twilight years.

I am one of the vets who received that letter from the VA. Within a couple of weeks I was contacted by the local Sheriffs Department that I was to immediately turn in my Concealed carry permit.
24 Years of honorable service and the VA and Government labels me as a serious threat.
Our Government is the real threat.
